I wasn't impressed at all unfortunately. And on some level that's very depressing for me. I really like to have good experiences and I don't like being the bearer of bad news. However if we aren't holding people accountable and responsible for doing their jobs properly, having a decent attitude and for delivering what you paid for as it is advertised.
That didn't happen today. And I have to tell you consumerism is really under the magnifying glass right now and so are establishments that are doing less than mediocre service and it's because they had so heavily burdened with responsibilities that they acquired which take from their currency what of that currency is their energy their joy their passion their bank accounts or whatever the case may be. If you're not invested somewhere and it isn't growing you and your miserable and you just don't care about that place or position my suggestion is to understand that it's because you don't belong there but don't be mad at other people that you are because no one made that choice for you in the first place. And you're not stuck if you continue to convince yourself that you can't leave because of this that or the other thing That's a choice too and it's a choice not to do anything else which is the definition of insanity. Because you're going to end up with the same results Day and day out and your frustration will grow and so will your bad attitude. it's possible that there was someone working who is being trained or not familiar with the menu but if you're uncertain then you should ask or you should be supervised by someone who can guide you until you are comfortable and feel like you know what you're doing.
Humanity Treats each others like absolute crap.there you go jumps in double dutching talking smack letting them believe all the lies it tells them about how they're superior they got that person took care of they fix their boat by thinking itAnd then zooms buying their speed boat like they're going somewhere and 5 mi down the road You're both sitting at the same intersection looking at each other like wow. It's the silly competition who's going to be the winner and I just want to know who's winning and what what are you winning.
My seven layer which is supposed to include lettuce guacamole & tomato which I paid for ended up being a flour tortilla refried beans and a small amount of rice. If somebody says well it's only $4. I have to say no it's not that $4 cost me my time, energy I can never get back that is gone And I chose to invest that money in a corporation to purchase one of their products that didn't deliver. Why is that upsetting because it's not right. Plain and simple. And not that anyone cares, I'm a full-time resident of my vehicle. As a result of being discarded by my ex narcissist boyfriend after I healed his cancer. Don't get me wrong I'm not feeling sorry for myself. I did try for the first 6 months to go back to trying to rebuild that wasn't going to work because it was like everything I had done before and it wasn't meant for me. we're really going to have to step it up to make some changes in ourselves so that we can change the world around us and we have to start caring more about ourselves honestly and do the things we really don't feel like doing so that we can make the world better place just by changing ourselves. you only need a small amount of money to secure your own property and a small modest home that is self-sustaining otherwise you're going to live this revolving account nightmare where you can't keep up your burnt out and you have to go through a drive-through every night for dinner every afternoon for lunch and sometimes for breakfast. These guys are making a fortune and they're not investing in you or our society or local communities That's why I'm still on the street and don't make a donation to an org Are pretty much for job security for those people who were hired but you won't see much of that money ever make it out into the general public in order to be the change we wish tochange we wish to see...
Read moreWe have had bad experiences many times at this location! Once my husband and I did not even get our drinks, But didn't realize as we were coming back from a long trip and did not notice until we made it home, because they shorted us two tacos (the ones that come with the meal, instead only gave us the extras we ordered) so dealing with that issue became at the forefront of our minds (employees acted like we were an inconvenience/ were ignoring us/ had to scream out (after five minutes) just to get someone to finally come over and fix order, he had attitude problem!) We also had furniture that we had purchased on the back of the truck, it started raining, so we were hurrying out the door to get it covered with plastic until we could get it home. Didn't bother going back! (Definitely Shouldn't Have Had To!) The XL burrito's rice was so hard and hurt my teeth twice so I don't order those anymore, and my husband's bean burritos have had very hard beans on one visit he ordered more and they were the same way! All the young employees give a major attitude when you ask for napkins or taco sauce (they NEVER put ANY in the bag!) However, when you ask they always say "It's in there!" Um, we've already checked (because, we have been here dozens of times and it NEVER is!) and of course, NO! it's not "in there" this time either! They ALWAYS fill the entire cup with ice, even when you ask for very little! Also put hardly any meat on the Tacos or Chalupas, EVER! So... even with all the bad experiences we have had I must say that it was very refreshing and surprising to see how good of a job Helen did at the drive-thru window a couple nights ago. She's really GREAT! It is very rare to find people these days that take pride and do a great job in their work, she deserves recognition!...
Read moreHad a TERRIBLE drive thru experience. I was with my significant other and ordered a cheesy Fiesta potato, beefy 5 layer burrito, cheesey Gordita crunch, a mountain dew, and a #3 with 3 soft tacos no sour cream with a mountain dew totalling $14.25. We pulled up to the drive thru window and presented an older 20 dollar bill and the drive thru employee took it. As my significant other and I are waiting to get our change, we are sitting there watching 3 of the employees examine our 20 dollar bill as if it were fake and made us feel REALLY angry and as if we had done something wrong. They finally come back to us and explain that "their computer is not taking this 20 dollar bill" when we sat there watching them examine it with their own eyes and asked if we had another way of payment. My significant other looked in his wallet and pulled out 13 dollars and had no other cash to use... so he had to use his bank card and charge 1.25 on it. When we get home and sit down to eat our food, I pull out my 3 soft tacos and not only were they soggy wet, but I had to peel the paper off of the side of my tortilla and I was so DISGUSTED I did not eat the other two. I am VERY upset about this experience and will probably never go back to this...
