Service was horrible from the start had a bartender be out server, later to getting the flo steak the famous steak they say they are known for and a lobster tail with a sweet potato. I asked for medium, my plate comes to me I open the steak up and it’s rare almost like the cows still mooing ,called the manager over and told her the food was all wrong how the steak was under cooked and the lobster was cold, the only thing good was the mac & cheese, so later I wait over 20 minutes for my new plate coming to see the manager bringing out other peoples plates in the timeframe I should of got my food which is poor service.The manager finally brings my food and she left before I could even open my steak to see if it was right come to find out it was worse then the first steak I got I told them to return it because once you mess up a +40$ meal twice what make you think I’m going to trust the chief to make my food again ??! I wouldn’t. Now to talk about the service because that’s the main thing to make the experience great later to get a waitress that was impatient and showed no interest in me and the person i brought along with me after the complaint we had on our food ,which is why I didn’t give a tip and I tip over 25% of the check when I’m treated well and respected which did not happen today the bartenders that was our waitress was more concerned talking about her personal life then worried about the costumer that had a messed up order and was trying to enjoy the experience of longhorn. Last thing I want to address was the manager, she is completely horrible at her job of catering to the customer and wasn’t able to give a genuine apology whenever the food was all wrong she didn’t even give the whole meal new to me and just gave me a lobster and steak and once again ducked off and didn’t come back after I got my food which is bad service If a person is trying to have their food right the manager should wait to see if everything is correct before they proceed to do other things and to wait another 20 minutes to check out shows no courtesy to us and our time everyone has things to do after they eat and go out somewhere and this is why I’m giving it a...
Read moreWhen walking in there was no structure. The teenagers that were supposed to be seating were rude and not trained well. Even went so far as to tell us to wait and then ask the people right behind us how many and proceeded to seat them. It was not smooth what so ever. Get to the table and after about five minutes the Manager comes over to take our drink order. Red flag right there. Took the order and said that our waitress would be over soon. Few minutes later I guess one of the bar staff brings our drinks. My wife asked for a straw and got told I am not serving but I will get you one. Rude. Then we get our waitress who proceeds to very hastily take our order skipping the appetizer and going straight to main order. She assumed the other two people had gotten that already. When my wife yet again stated that no one had she gets rude and it's lighting round questions. After that the appetizer comes the salad comes the after about 20 minutes our main order. Now I know what medium well is but your staff there doesn't. Not only did they recook the same two pieces of meat we sent back they just added more topping to my wifes on the other side leaving a burnt mess of hard cheese on the other. But we were the problem you see. We were disrupting something else apparently. We were the problem somehow because we were treated as a problem and not a customer. I admit I did vent some frustration. But it did not call for the waitress to start yelling back at me and my wife. Read moreWent there this evening, the service was horrible. My daughter ordered a steak and it was served rare rather than medium as she requested. She sent it back only to get the steak back the same way. She said the steak looked like there was something not right with it. They replaced the steak with chicken tenders 1 hour later. Each time we asked for something there was a wait of 15 minutes. I had a burger which was dry and the bun was stale. It was supposed to have burger sauce on it. It did not, requested burger sauce another 15 minute wait. I asked for grilled onions and was told I couln't have grilled onions because they only had 3 people in the kitchen. The waitress said you have to understand no one wants to work these days. I am finished eating and my daughter is still waiting for her chicken tenders, waiting and waiting. After she finally got the chicken tender 1 hour later I asked to see the manager. I said to Amanda the manager is this meal comp? She said no just the steak I said you do realize how horrible the service and food was? You do realize we have been here almost 2 hours? I couldn't believe what happened next. She banged her hand on the table picked up the check made a pissed off face and said fine I will comp it. She stormed off. She was rude, angry and very unprofessional.
