Jefferson Valley Museum Inc — Attraction in Montana

Amazing collection of local artifacts! The curators here have done a fabulous job of collecting and presenting a broad swath of history from the area. We went in expecting a display or two and instead spent over two hours with Ron, one of the museum's volunteers, as he walked us through over a dozen rooms full of impressive and rare collections, photographs, and written archives. Whether you live local or are stopping by from afar, expect to dedicate some time to exploring and appreciating all there is to see in this unassuming building. This is a nice museum, lots of good history. So many things to see in a small museum. Things I've seen in the Montana Historical museum in Helena.
