Treasure State Truck & Auto Repair — Local services in Whitehall

i am Very disappointed in this service . All day long lied about ETA … Held our truck for 12.5 hours for a simple valve replacement … Had to travel to get the part - ok thats 3 hrs ( 2 travel + 1 hr to buy ) + 1 hour to replace … lets say 2 hours to replace and diag. … this repair had to be done in 5 hours top, but not in 12.5 … for 7 hours they just mislead us . They been present at the truck for 2 hours only !!!! … I asked owner in a very peaceful way the real ETA and tried to explain that its unfair to mislead for so long… He treated me like : u want it done or not ?! after 10 hours of waiting…

Long story short : Problem fixed . At least they found the problem and took care of it - thats 1 star! well deserved and remunerated . So dont tell me that u helped us - u been paid so shhh .

For mislead, expensive prices , customer service and attitude : minus 4 stars . I wont recommend it to anyone! Better call a further RS and you ll save time and your nerves …

As an advice : tell me 1k $ and fix it in 4 hours and we will pay … Dont mislead , we have customers waiting for the product , broker, driver , dispatch and a lot of people that suffered because you guys dont know how to keep your word and be honest regarding real ETA and...

I am so thankful for Treasure State Truck & Auto Repair. This has been the best auto repair experience I've ever had, and would recommend Treasure State to locals and travelers alike. I would especially recommend them to women like me and anyone intimidated by car repair shops. They were kind, quick, and helped me out when I needed it most. I drive a lot for work and even live in my car during the work-weeks. My car is both my vehicle and my home this summer. When I started having issues with it in the middle of my work-week, I began to panic. I didn't realize how much I rely on my car until it stopped working right. Before my shift I drove all around Whitehall stopping into multiple repair shops to see if anyone could take a look at it before my shift. Treasure State immediately grabbed my keys, put someone on the job, and they had my car functional within half an hour. I know they were busy, I know they were understaffed just like everyone else us right now, and I know they had a lot bigger problems to deal with than just my car, but they took the issue with my car as seriously as I did. Well! I have a lot to say! This man Ryan helped me out so much!! From very bad situation I have received the best outcome possible, honestly I couldn’t believe myself! What happened? I got overheated why climbing one the countless Montana hills(heavy load, 75 temperature and my fan clutch was completely done and basically it needed immediate replacement! Only 2 minutes after I stopped pulled the this guy Ryan right after he tried to do and did some work on that clutch to help me make that huge climb after Butte towards Billings, he offered me to stop by his shop to replace the clutch with no waiting time! I drove there another 19 miles, he got a new clutch and within 2 hours I was back on freeway and successfully completed remaining 1400 miles! Whether he recognized or not but I can surely say that God has sent him to help me, because he happened to be there SO ON TIME(just 2 minutes after I stopped), did the work SO FAST, and for VERY VERY GOOD PRICE! (I called the Volvo dealer to check approximately cost of fixing it and got estimate that it would cost me around 250-350% more from what I paid Ryan, just insane) Amazing,...
