Im local and I have been coming in the evenings and got used to the staff being super polite with great service . I had family come to town so I decide to take them in the morning for breakfast 7/17/24. There was an older dark haired waitress (55-60 years old )who was annoyed rolling her eyes right when she saw the larger group . I believe she thought we were from out of town . it was 10:45 and she waited to ask us what we wanted to drink until 11:15 . She overheard one of my family members talking about what he would get for breakfast and walked over before taking the order to erase the board . She said no breakfast . The waitress behind us was taking a breakfast order for people who walked in afterwards and seemed a lot more friendly . We pointed out breakfast was not over and she said we would not be getting anything from the breakfast menus . Orders from other waitresses continued to come in and out for breakfast during this time . My table ordered I only ordered cottage cheese as I hoped for breakfast and was trying to make the best of her nasty disposition being local and bringing my family here I was completely embarrassed by her behavior . She brought the entire tables order and never brought my cottage cheese to make a point . Even though it didn’t need to be cooked or anything . One of the other members ordered cottage cheese as well as a side which was given w the order . The other families bowel of soup was cold as she let it stand there long after the cook had placed it on the counter . Again for some reason angry we were there to spend money . I tried relentlessly to be polite to her hoping it would change her behavior but it seemed to empower her ?! . I went to the restroom and asked the nicer waitress when they stop serving breakfast . She said we still are she then yelled to the cook we are still doing breakfast correct . He responded yes of course . The other waitress saw her and got super upset she started making hand gestures to be quit and cut the order . At this point I was doing all I could to not walk out and have my family enjoy a place I bragged about that was not completely an embarrassment. Please remove this waitress she’s terrible towards clinet’s. Please review footage you will see her make the motions I am talking about and also had that polite waitbresss meet her in the little office/ closet to talk to her after she said they were still serving breakfast . I love the evening shift girls . I often tip them more then my meals they work super hard . I won’t be able to change my review unless I can go in there without dealing with her . I didn’t get her name she wasn’t wearing a name tag and would not give it. If your not local or have family in town don’t bring them here to...
Read moreI went there on July 31st 2025. My experience at k bar and grill has by far been the worst experience I have ever had in a “steak house” or any restaurant in that matter. I got something simple ( a club sandwich)that was not hard to mess up but boy was I wrong. My bacon had been cooked in the morning and the ham and turkey tasted like it was pulled straight out of plastic tupperware. Not to mention the cold fries. My husband ordered a 16 oz ribeye. Now we know ribeyes are usually more of a fatty steak, however, this steak was at least 11 oz of fat. Then when we proceeded to ask the waitress if we could get a discount for the steak that wasn’t eaten. The little wanna be Jessie Murph bartender had a meltdown about us wanting a a slight discount. To say the least, very disappointing service, food, and the atmosphere wasn’t the greatest. I DO...
Read moreI had dinner at the k Bar grill with a friend after the gun show in White Hall Mt. Enjoyable dinning experience. Our server, Amber was amazing. What a multitask-er she is. This person knows what costumer service is. She was the only server on the grille side and took care of five tables inside and one on the patio like it was no sweat for her at all. What I noticed was she was doing at least half of the cooking in the kitchen at the same time and all with a great smile on her face. I hope the owner knows and appreciates what a great employee he has. As a retired restaurant owner I know these people are few and far between. If you happen to visit the K Bar all I can say is I hope Amber is on the schedule that night. Oh, BTW, the...
