Ace Hardware — Local services in Whitehall

I've shopped at a LOT of Ace Hardwares throughout Montana, in MANY different towns. I've always loved Ace. The staff is helpful and friendly and willing to help with whatever part you need. However, I gotta say, the Ace Hardware in Whitehall is the most expensive Ace I've EVER shopped at. Not by a little bit- and I'm not buying the 'small town = a bit higher prices' b.s. Having shopped at other Ace hardware stores in many 'small towns' throughout the state, I completely agree with the locals...their prices are ridiculous, which is why I/ we shop in Butte or Bozeman. Instead of piling on the greed, maybe it's time the owners in Whitehall give their customers a break. In doing so, they'd probably end up...

Very pricey didn't have what I needed

I was looking for planting soil you didn't have wat I wanted but I ended up getting the more expensive brand because I had a coupon for$10. off when you spent I think it was 40 dollars in one shopping trip but the girl didn't take the coupon off and after I loaded up she couldn't find the coupon and told me to come back when her manager was in . Sorry but I don't think that's the way to...

I met the most amazing person today and her mom. What a great shop. Real mom and pop hardware store. Had a great time talking with the owner and her daughter. Hopefully I make it back in my travels to Whitehall Montana. Thank you guys for making my day a good one. Manny thanks from O.H.H. MECH....
