Whitehall Stageline Pizza — Restaurant in Whitehall

I have been eating at least twice a month at stageline in whitehall since they open and started doing delivery. Absolutely loved till just this last year. I almost always order a certain specialty pizza and always an extra large. Usually several other pizzas at the same time as well. This pizza has chicken on it. Most of the time i have to pick the chicken off as it tastes off. Several times ive had to call in and say it was made wrong ( wrong sauce wrong meat and so on. ) i dont ask for a refund or a new pizza as i also work customer service and know you cant please everyone and i dont want to be rude. Tonight once again its made wrong! Both chicken and beef ( i was saying steak and was told they never served steak so the brown meat alongside the chicken was also chicken ). Got it worked out its called beef not steak ( ive only ever ordered it with chicken ) the young lady on the phone was extremely rude actually at one point said she didnt make the pizza and what did i want her to do about it. I didnt yell nor use foul language but because of the rudeness i asked for a refund. I wont be ordering stageline pizza again. Honestly with that kind of customer service and the on again off again food that most of the time goes in the trash, for me its cheaper and much easier to drive to butte for my pizza. Oh by the way just wanted to say the delivery driver...

Our first experience as dine in was good overall. Our waitress was awesome, but the other one was extremely rude. Overall quality of food was great too. Originally had them 4 starred.

Well we tried delivery next and ordered a cheeseburger pizza, requested no BBQ sauce and pickles on it (which it's listed as optional anyways, so should never be put on unless requested) so we called the driver and he was very polite about the whole thing and apologetic. He offered us 3 choices reimbursement, store credit for the 43$, or they'd remake it and bring it back out but since he said he'd have to stay late I didn't want to to do that option being polite and figured the store would follow through on their credit promise. So few days later we called and placed an order explained that we had a credit balance on the account and she was super rude and unprofessional basically trying to get out of sticking to their word. And owning their mistake. So we order a pizza and cheese sticks well she refused to allow us to use the full credit and made us pay for our cheese sticks but did credit the pizza which was 25/43$. Unbelievablely rude experience it's a shame a small business doesn't...

Just trying to be honest here. The help had very bad waitress manners, the whole environment was a weird vibe. The pizza and breadsticks I ordered were undercooked, soggy and doughy, the cheese wasn’t even melted. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was under 10 minutes, how do you cook a pizza in under 10 minutes? The ingredients were of poor quality. We also got a 3 cheese pasta bake that looked good until you dug into it, under the cheese and in the noodles was a bowl of unappetizing pink soupy water. When I got the check, the waitress actually stood over me and asked me to fill out the tip section haha! The place has potential but is going down hill. I hope the new owners take heed and put in the effort to have a decent pizza place in Whitehall. Until then, we will not eat...
