Five Below — Attraction in Montebello

If I could rate no stars… I would. They’re very unprofessional especially the lady with the pink hair and glasses that was constantly telling me, “head to the front were ganna close so”, I work in retail and there’s a polite way of saying we’re closing so if you would please grab your finally selections and head to the front we’d greatly appreciate it instead she got more snappy and said we’re closing the registers so if you don’t go up you can’t pay. I don’t know how they do it there but at least for my store, registers normally close after everyone leaves. Mind you it was about 15 minutes before closing and there were still more customers coming in. Please do better. No need to be snappy...

Been here a few times. I don't live in the area but do stop in when I'm in the neighborhood because the service seems to be better than most 5Below stores I go to. Everyone here is friendly and the store is clean and organized. My daughter loves the toy selection but especially loves going for the candy bags you can fill on your own. On my most recent visit this last week we were helped out by an employee named Anthony, I think he's the store manager. We've been helped by him before.
