After .10 mins my order is ready to p/u. Started eating but after .10 mins. I noticed 2 red small size tomatoes are rotten. Right away you can tell by it's black color conditions.
Right away, I grab one 🍅 with napkin, walk to the register, showed it to the cashier. The cashier looked at it and grab it from my hand.
I ask her to speak to the person who prepare our Santa Barbara Cobb salad and to please to pay Detail attention.
Worst part is the cashier just said okay, but didn't bother to give an apology at all.
Worst, these toilets don't have a lever or push swith to flush it manually as required.
If you ask me. Habit as a food restaurant business needs to change these stupid sensor monitor system set up for each toilets as a whole chain company.
Dine in tables and bench seats are often ignored for proper cleaning.
Need to keep their wet cleanning rags clean and smell odorless to avoid tables retain any bad odor after cleaning. Proper hygiene is one of city osha priority requirements.
I hope Habit corporate takes this review seriously because what it started bad it will end badly in your favor and you will ask how or why ??

My seat was dirty when there was only 1 other customer here, luckily it was crumbles and I could blow it off :) The tables were oily and the business had hardly anyone inside.
The food is tasty and made surprisingly picturesque. Her customer service was so excellent that I still remember her name; it's too bad Victoria doesn't seem to work here anymore. Decent seat quantity. Good seat quality. Outdoor seating available, shared with Chipotle.
Their ice cream machine allegedly broke; I thought this was The Habit, not McDonald's!
I was charged for the spicy red sauce with my order...although it was absolutely delicious and I recommend trying it for 60 cents, I'm still mad I was charged for sauce when my order had a side. If your method for sauce delivery was simplified, you wouldn't have to be the only burger place who charges extra for sauce that should come with my side... I'm certain there are ways to make sauce packing less labor intense.
They gave me the thinnest slice of chicken I've ever seen in my life!!!! I had a toothpick shown for scale.
They renovated the interior by removing the nice plant island to fit 1 extra waiting customer worth...
Read moreThe food is good, i love the veggie menu, but the service is dismal. This is the first time i went back to get my order corrected. I use to order food, to go, all the time and i took the food with me to work, once at work i cannot leave my department, nor do i get breaks or a meal break. The employees constantly forget the avocado in my veggie burger and a couple times gave me the burger with meat that i had to toss away. I have to check my order, thoroughly, every time. I just stop going all together, but went again today to try the brussel sprouts and ofcourse they forgot an order of sprouts when i bought 3 orders for my family. They say sorry, but are they truly sorry when they consistently screw up the order. I also notice that it always happens to me with the same shift manager. You can’t forget her physical attributes, nor her incompetence, I guess if i want the convenience of this food, i have to go out my way and order food from the pico rivera habit. Im just fed up.
