Juan Great Fiesta — Restaurant in Montebello

Great food and services ! I was really shocked Today went in to pick up my order at Juan Fiesta in Montebello Ca at 4:30 pm While I was in line. I notice a customer in front of me placing a order and was not Waring a protective mask or face covering while she was in the restaurant. The customer placed her order and was not told at all by the cashier who works there to have the customer to leave or come back until she had some kind of protected covering. It is required through out Los Angeles county that the public when entering a facility ware protective covering when out in public especially when your in a contained environment. when I got my order and was walking out with my order several more customers walked in with out protective face coverings. I didn't feel safe at all when i was inside the restaurant. I really hope management makes changes soon as possible. We definitely want to come out to support our businesses in Montebello during this time, but we want to feel safe too. I really hope we all do our part and start ware our protective face coverings when we are out shopping or buying food. No problem with the services or food. I give this place a 10 plus...

We ordered tacos and waited over 45 minutes—unacceptable for such a simple order. The main issue wasn’t the food (which was actually good), but the way orders were being handled in the kitchen. It turns out the cook was not following the ticket system and was just serving food to whoever he felt like, completely ignoring the order numbers.

Several other customers, including us, were frustrated enough to consider walking out or asking for a refund. It’s especially disappointing because we thought the new POS system would help streamline the process. But it’s not a system issue—it’s the cook.

The older Latino gentleman behind the grill may need retraining on how to follow the order sequence. If you’re hungry or on a schedule, this is not the place to go. A 45-minute wait for tacos is unreasonable, and I personally wouldn’t return if I saw that same cook working. The food isn’t...

Amazing. Absolutely amazing place. The staff were so friendly that it felt like I had known them for way longer than the 45 minutes I was there. There are restaurants who show advertisements of the food inside, but this was the first place I've been to where the advertising didn't do the food justice. The food was the best food I have ever had. I had the chicken enchiladas, and my partner has the brisket taco and asada plate. All of it was amazing. Flavorful, cooked to perfection, and downright delicious. The staff gave us free handmade chips while we waited which they didn't have to do, then even let us try their bbq ribs, which while the enchiladas were amazing, I regret not getting a full plate of those ribs. Next time for sure. This restaurant deserves 10 stars and has a new regular customer. I can't wait to go back and...
