THE FOOOD IS AMAZING. THE RESTAURANT IS CLEAN. I believe the Boss is Ruth. Ruth is One Heck of a Worker! She made me feel comfortable placing my order. She had patient with me even when my order was confusing! RUTH DEFINITELY DESERVES Recognition. I’m not sure if it was just me but I love the way she works and how she handles customers. I’ll definitely come back and bring friends because of her! THANK YOU RUTH FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE AND PLEASE CONTINUE TO DO YOUR BEST!!

HOWEVER!!! while I was waiting to use the restroom I over heard One of her workers yelling at Ruth which I didn’t like what so ever “I heard her say I Can’t catch a break” and also used profanity. I found that so disrespectful , unprofessional and immature. I did happen to get her name(Elizabeth) as she walked up to give me my order. I felt the hostility from just those few seconds. She didn’t offer any type of service to me or even said have a nice day. I got no customer service from her. Except an eye roll. I feel like this probably isn’t the first time she’s done it and I hope someone fixes her tone. I can only imagine speaking to my boss like that.

Once again THANK YOU RUTH FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL SERVICE AND MAKING ME FEEL AT HOME & sorry you have to put up with workers like that! Keep doing a great JOB!!!...

Had a long and busy day at school and chose to check the place out before going to work next. Went in wanting something inexpensive only to find out the prices were standard $6 and up. I was immediarely greeted by Ruth and she was very patient with my ordering. I never went to this restahrsnt before and had no idea what the different menu items were, but she kindly helped me step by step. This is what is expected of restaurant employees, but what blew me away was her work ethics beyond the expectations. She didn't jsut take my money and leave me alone. She brought the food and wished me well and that I would enjoy it. She informed me about where the utensils and such were and all with a smile. She even came back later to ask if I am liking the meal and was genuinely happy that I did. Despite my lack of interest in spending more than $10 today, I chose to spend $15. And I have no regrets. The food was amazing, but the service was superior to all other fast foods in the area. Thank you Ruth, you made my day. I hope that this review helps open doors for you as well, Miss! Today was my first ever visit to the The Buffalo Spot location in Montebello to get a quick bite. When entering the establishment I was rudely told by multiple employee's including Alonso to exit the property, Mind you I have never been to this location. Once told to leave I was confused and proceeded to make my order. Once I ordered an older woman at the cash register told me "Keep your personal relationships outside this place". This is due to the fact that my ex girlfriend(Stephanie) that I haven't had contact with for many months currently works at this location. I had no prior knowledge of her being employed by this location. Within 10 minutes of ordering I was approached by 3 police officers which arrived due to a call, then promptly escorted me out the establishment. I was informed that upon returning to the property that I would be arrested for Felony of Trespassing due to causing Stephanie "Emotional Distress". I am disappointed in the Montebello establishment for this interruption especially due to the fact nothing was said to any of...
