I received a gift in a size XL and im Medium I went in the 1st girl said we had $50 credit. We shopped none of the sweaters were available so got about $80 in merchandise pay the difference of course. We got to the register and the next girl says $20 credit ok the first grabbed the item not the Gift Reciet to scan I get it just a mistake. Next they say it can only be one item for an even $20 so between the 2 they say hey just do a Gift card that will fix it. Next thing it's only $15 if they do that can't figure it out. They lost the Reciet and it goes on for several minutes the call a shift leader over and finally it and the shift manager can't explain why $20 equals $15 for a gift card? So we find 2 for $20 shirts no go, then a charger back for $19.99 no go off by ,01 so we had asked for the upper management aggressively at this point. She just wanted to say it is what it is take it leave it. I said enough get another Manager. She was nice and emphasized but we left with $15.06 I'm a gift card in the end because no $20 items were present. I loved Khols I won't return or but a present ever for anyone the they they don't get cheated and...
Read moreVisited on 10/11/2020. Fitting rooms locked due to Covid ( According to the lazy indifferent associate that I asked ). He suggested buying clothes and taking them home to try them then bringing them back if they didn't fit. Well, no thanks. I took my business to Old Navy a mile away at the Montebello mall. Fitting rooms open and an associate posted there to sanitize after every patron once you leave the fitting room. Funny but also sad how you see kohl's employees all at the cash registers yapping with each other and hardly any customers. Vote with your money., people. Stop shopping at Kohl's and let them bankrupt. Go Old Navy and any other stores that value your business and time by keeping the fitting rooms open and simply dedicating an employee to sanitize them after use. Stop shopping at Kohl's so you can accelerate...
Read moreI had an awful experience here today. I received an email stating that all Clarence was 50% off so figured why not take a look. I head to the men's department section and I kept getting harassed to open a store credit card. I tell the associate Im not interested in opening a credit card but she insists in her pitch. Then I proceed to just ignore her and she follows me around asking if I need help. This was genuinely disgusting behavior, I don't know if the store is putting pressure on there associates to make them feel like opening credit is a life or death situation but I'm returning what I purchased today. I won't be...
