Office Depot — Attraction in Montebello

I usually get all my printing services here. I order online and do a store pick up. Usually no problems. However, a few days ago I waited over 30 minutes at the printing center for my orders. Staff members were focusing on 1 costumer with an order and the line was being held up even though there was 2 staff members at the printing center. Female staff member was jumping from costumer to costumer , not helping people in the order that they came. The lady in front of me asked for copies, staff members kept her copies then went to help another costumer for 15 minutes, then back to other customers. Horrible costumer service. The old Hispanic lady with glasses who works at 1:00pm to 1:30pm on June 26th 2023, rudely yelled at me for asking price. The whole process happened to be recorded by my body camera and can be checked by store surveillance camera. Stop by for a quick copy job. Accidently left original document on the copier after the transaction. Return to the store to retrieve it. A male service personal wanted to charged me again for my original document before he can return it back to me.

This is over a grand total of 60 cents.

I spoke to the manger over this issue, he offer the 60 cent back.
