Took some old framed photos (1890ish & WW! era) from my in-laws that are in ruff shape. Wanted to have the frames rebuilt/reinforced and if possible have a photo restored. Was glad to use a local place that is in my neighborhood. Waited 2+ weeks and called 5 times to see if restoration was possible and find out cost. Emily was very nice to deal with, but I never heard a word back from anyone
I brought the photos back from Stonehenge because I don't trust them now to do the work. And the amount of time it took employees to find the photos, proved I was probably right.
I know every place is busy. I know the ongoing pandemic is awful. All I wanted was a phone call back to tell me how much $ and how long it would take. I'll be spending my dollars elsewhere now (probably out of town) because customer service is not Stonehenge...
