This is the BEST place to get your gadgets repaired! I spent close to $1400 for my iPad Pro and when it stopped being able to charge up, I was devastated and didnāt know where I could take it for repairs, I didnāt know who to trust with it. I took a chance and came in (because it was super close to my house) and right from the start I could tell that I made the right decision. They were so nice, caring, and professional. The repair didnāt take long at all and the price was reasonable. I thought it would be a lot, but it wasnāt. He stands by his work. He gives a warranty and you can trust in that. He called me back after a few days and did a follow up. I donāt want anything else to break on me, but if it doesā¦.I know right where Iām going to take itā¦.to US Tech Repair. They were more than accommodating and fixed my back glass in a timely fashion and the pricing for services was very fair. I realized my flash had some damage too and they were willing to fix it free of charge. I also got some screen protectors and some really sturdy phone cases from the shop at a fair price too. I asked if it could be a bad part for this problem, they don't make or sell parts šš, it was within the warranty time, if I spent another $155, which is what they were asking me to pay, I'd be almost $500 in on a screen.......Lesson learned, warranty no good & equipment no good.......I gave money away for absolutely nothing..........the $155 this time was helping me out, why couldn't I have got that same help the first...
