My husband booked my birthday dinner in the big city! We came from Ft Novosel to Christmas shop and have a nice dinner! It was really nice! We miss good restaurants! We cook really well ourselves but it's hard to find certain things in our "local" grocery commissary and in Enterprise. We decided on small plates and a couple of sides. My husband had the tuna which had an herb seasoning crust with a nice aioli sauce and salad. We enjoyed it! Fresh Tuna is hard to come by in Enterprise or Ozark! We miss making our mango tuna spicy ball lol. I chose the quail! At home in Texas I'd hunt plenty! Oh it was so nice to have that again with MOLE sauce! Everyone makes that sauce different but it was pretty good! Mild but probably best for the area. The 2 sides We chose were the mushrooms and brussel sprouts. I liked the mushrooms best and my husband the brussels. Now the service was WONDERFUL! GOD BLESS THE SERVER! I ASKED SO MANY QUESTIONS! SHE WAS AMAZING! I forgot her name but she had a cute little baby bump. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the wine I chose to the whole menu and dessert! We opted not to get a dessert but had we not been so full it would have been the creme brulee. This place was only 90 minutes from home so I'm sure we will come again. I definitely want too! I really miss great food like this! We will be back! Oh and once in awhile we'd hear the chef or cooks! All that is a great sign of a wonderful team! We LOVED...

Perfect dining experience I do not often give 5 star reviews for restaurants but this one truly deserves it. While the outside of the restaurant is unassuming, in a sort of strip mall setting, my husband and I were stunned by the quality of the food and service. Everything we ordered was delicious, perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented. The menu has just enough creativity to make each dish unique in its own way, without being completely esoteric. Our waitress Jaimie was very friendly but extremely professional and unobtrusive. Service was prompt even though the place was quite busy. The wine list is short but adequate with a reasonable price range, and Pinot we chose from Bourgogne was excellent. To start the meal, we were offered some warm baguette that tasted just as good as if we had just bought it from a bakery in Paris. The herbed butter that came with it was delicious. I ordered fried green tomatoes with andouille sausage crabmeat and a spicy remoulade, then tandoori grilled salmon with fennel, haricots verts, cherry tomatoes, heirloom potatoes and citrus yogurt sauce. My husband had the VY caesar salad, seared scallops with black rice, baby bok choy, coconut mirin cream and chili sauce. We shared a blueberry and plum crumble topped with buttermilk ice cream for dessert. Everything was outstanding in every way, including the presentation. We will definitely be back next time we are...

29 Feb 2024: Another amazing dinner with our friends at VY. I had the Pekin duck breast with Madeira brazed mushrooms, simply outstanding. Impeccable service as well and s strawberry cheesecake to die for!

31 March 2022 update: We just came back again after a over a year avoiding restaurants bc of COVID - as great as ever! We sat on the patio, enjoyed live music, and had an amazing dinner!

We started with fresh oysters and cocktails, proceeded to the catch of the day #alabamaseafood and enjoyed a bottle of Rosé, together with our two friends who also had an awesome experience with fish selections, redfish and grouper - super fresh and delicious!

Kudos to Sara - she kept our group well-served with bevs and even got the bar to serve a nice louched absinthe on request. Also so nice to see AJ is still there and him saying hi, was a nice treat!

2020: Just had an amazing take out dinner for 4 for $50 from Vintage Year(prime rib for 4, salad, and dessert=dinner and lunch for us), Please support our awesome restaurants and their families during these times!

Check out their coronavirus takeout menu. By the way, I have no steak (lol) in this company, just a great restaurant with a great staff and I don't want to see...
