REDEEMED! Owner addressed my concerns and totally made right PLUS he ordered my favorite vape juice and had it shipped in for me! Truly I have no words! But of course THANK YOU SO MUCH MOE, will be in soon as I can make it that way! They are dishonest to get a sale then act as if it's okay when you return Within 24 hrs because they have 'sales final' signs 🤷🏼‍♀️ this emoji is exactly what the girl did to me upon returning! Went into Shop 2 days ago looking for VAPETASIA'S MILK OF THE POPPY. She explained that no they don't have that but they do have another one called FREE NOMS w\ same flavor profile and it's almost identical she said and so did the other gentleman that was working. However he added just not quite as sweet so it actually saves your coils. I opened it used a brand new coil to make sure I get the correct flavor and it tasted like a little bit of strawberries with some burnt sugar. Absolutely nothing like the one I went in for. And when I explained that when I went in the next evening even telling them I've got the VAPETASIA one in my car right now I can go get it and you guys can tell by the smell it's nothing the same she tells me that's what everybody tells us while doing this move 🤷🏼‍♀️. So you don't actually know so you're giving false information to your customers? She also goes on to say well there's signs everywhere about final sales okay that's great except for you and your co-worker said it would be the same it is nothing the same not even the smell is the same! Since she's being so aloof throwing hands in air coming across like oh well we have signs clearing in saying that it means it's okay to lie as long as they get u to buy it and leave the store, I then ask and you are the manager? She states well ya pretty much🤔 Instead of freaking out like I wanted to I just ask okay when will the manager be in? She says oh not until Saturday. As I'm walking out the other guy throws in, it doesn't matter he's gonna say the same thing! Like a 6-year-old would echoing his mother or something. I truly hope lying to customers to get a sale isn't normal!? It really kind of sucks because I've been to this Vape Shop a couple times since I've been to town and I've always enjoyed it. I'm here working till October from Vancouver and now I just got to find a new vape shop I guess. But I thought it prudent to share the experience with others so they don't get trapped...

They sell cheap crap marked up and won't stand by it. I bought a vape battery for $25 3 weeks ago, it didn't come with any packaging, instructions, or even a receipt, they were displayed like bic lighters in a plastic tray with 25-50 others. I looked it up online to find more information about it since it didn't come with instructions, and found it retails from the manufacturer for $10. I understand markup from wholesale price but they retail for $10 and I know they didn't pay 10 each for the tray of 50 either way that doesn't matter. What matters is this morning it stopped charging and was just flashing, after looking it up online (remember no instructions) I learned that the flashing lights meant the unit was malfunctioning. I took it back to the shop and was told yeah it happens because they're so cheap. I couldn't imagine selling cheap junk that breaks and telling customers yeah we sell cheap junk that breaks. He told me there was nothing he was going to do for me. FYI most of the weed shops in town sell higher quality vape batteries for less money AND most importantly they will replace them if...

I went to this smoke city to try to find a cotton candy vape. I told them I didn’t care about price it just had to be cotton candy flavored after offering me a tropical fruity vape, telling me that it had a “cotton candy esque flavor” I declined. I again told them cotton camdy is what I wanted and they handed me one telling me it was blue cotton candy I left with vaping hand and proceeded on my way home and as we all do, I took it out of the package and I opened it up and took a vape off of it and to my surprise it tasted nothing like cotton candy. In fact, it was rather disgusting so I look at the box and it says cotton clouds, I don’t know what is so difficult about having a cotton candy flavored vape but if a customer asked for something don’t give them something else as such item that they’re asking for not helpful. Just trying to make sales...
