3 points for the beverages, 0 points for customer service. Placed my order, asked how it's made as not all places make it the same, replied with an attitude, and attempted to make me feel stupid for asking. I asked because I wanted a deviation from the original way it's prepared. The girl behind the counter had a not very friendly attitude and seemed very bothered by my request. It was my first and last time going here. Customer service goes a long way and that alone will cause me never to return. They only got 3 stars because the drink tasted good.
