I purchased some drafting Vellum paper from Du-All, and unfortunately, the 60 inch long tube got lost by USPS in shipping. I called Du-All and told them the situation and how I desperately needed the paper for a job soon. They took it upon themselves to ship me another one free of charge. They will either file a claim for the missing package or I will ship it back to them if USPS ever finds it and it shows up. I received the second package in three days with FedEx shipping.
