What a gem. We drove through to Vancouver BC from Seattle on 4/1/25. We got out of Seattle and off of the freeway to avoid the chain nonsense that occupies each and every freeway exit in America. This place was both unexpected and just a FIND.
The Vampiro tacos were recommended and excellent. A touch on the greasy side, but given the restaurant itself I was not surprised. The carnitas tacos were just fine, but in comparison to the Vampiros, they were a touch bland. And the torta ahogada was great. Legit ahogada. And tasty.

Carne Asada tacos had really good flavor and not a ton of gristle, nothing worse than paying good money for tacos and then having to toss half the meat. Green and Red sauce both reminded me of home!
