Sleep Mart — Attraction in Mountain Home

Wanted to give my bed and fully adjustable frame a good week trial to ensure proper reviewing. Joe is simply the best! We tried buying a bed from another place and honestly they are just overpriced, selling box beds without a disclaimer which frankly should be illegal. Box beds are awful and to sell at the price of a non box and not disclose that should be a crime. Back to Joe though, dude is clearly a bed expert, not sure if he went to bed college or something but just so much knowledge on the subject matter. He's very personable and really tries to help you out! The bed college thing was a joke, but honestly it feels like the truth when you talk to him about your sleep needs. Don't miss out, don't bother with other places, this is where you need to go to get a well...

My mom and I went into the store the other day and worked with Joe Dixon who was fantastic. He did not try to sell my mom the top of the line mattress but instead worked to get for her just the features she needed which was important given her breathing issues. He walked her through everything and helped us pick just the right mattress and mechanical base so she could have various layers of comfort. He also helped us pick out a great new recliner that would be simple for my dad to operate given he has cognitive issues and more importantly help him get in and out of his recliner by lifting him up. Really appreciate Joe’s customer service and how he would listen to us and make recommendations to pick out just the right items. ...

Simply put...we recommend Josh (sales person) and the owner of Sleep Mart Mtn Home. We recently purchased a lift chair for our disabled grandson. It was a Saturday, bad weather, and most others didn't want to be working, and it showed. We happened upon Sleep Mart in Mtn Home, and the level of customer service we received went so far above and beyond. The delivery guys were scheduled a week out but when he heard our story, he got on the phone and before we knew it, they agreed to deliver in the snow .... and on a Sunday morning!!
