Mountain Home Do-nuts — Restaurant in Mountain Home

Went through drive through before taking my car to be serviced at the dealer. I opened the box when I got home and realized that the half dozen of “variety filed doughnuts” was all glazed with 4 being red filled one white and one chocolate filled! I have always known a variety to be an assortment of different kinds! A maple with cream a chocolate with whatever but not 4 of the same kind all looking identical! I called and nicely explained the disappointment to the person on the phone and they were less than concerned with my disappointment and kinda of rude when trying to see the miscommunication! They one I ate tasted fine and I was going to just deal with it until I realized there was 4 exactly the same out of the 6! Could have at least done 2 of each! But they were not concerned with any of it so I hung up and thought I would just review telling people to check their orders before leaving the drive through! If it’s wrong it’s your problem. Love the donuts not the service unless you like service with an attitude. They run out of most things very early so if you want any sort of selection besides glazed or donut holes you need to be an early bird...unfortunately the owner is very rude. We spend approximately $30-$40 weekly and as return customers you would think they would be somewhat polite...dont get me wrong I'm not looking for red carpet treatment or anything just a "Hi welcome back" would be nice. Not looking for an in depth conversation but some friendly banter would be nice..Also wish they would have incentives for customers who frequent this establishment such as... for every 12 dozen you purchase you get 1 dozen free or something of that nature. DELICIOUS yes!! GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT NEVER! Understand my order unsure. Location, THE WORST! Call to let them know on one thing in my 12 piece order was only item that was correct, I'm left on the phone listening to the hussle and Bussle in the store for half hour.I drive all way back across town I can’t even get into parking lot.
