7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Mountain Home

I'm only giving 2 stars on it. The last 3 times that I have received my drink it hasn't had the cold foam on top and I'm not getting my extra cup of ice. I am disabled so at times my brother picks up my order. The order read right 3 times ago. Which included my large cup of ice and had my cold foam on top. Now the drink reads right but is not right because the cold foam and extra cup of ice is missing. I order the same thing every time. I don't change anything because a while back me and one of the barista's perfected the drink. So when I give my phone number I just tell them same drink as before and they look and read it back to me. Like I said my brother some times has to pick up my order because I'm not able too. He has told them same order as she had the last time. So why did it change? He didn't change it. He says same as last time same as I do. I'm very disappointed about this. I have tried to get a hold of the Mountain Home location by phone and let them know but the only number listed is to the corporate office and they never pick up the phone and don't return calls either. So only thing I can do is post it on here which I'm sure no one will read it from the store and nothing will be done about it. So once again I will say I'm very disappointed about this matter and I want to speak with management about this matter. I pay for this order and I want it to be done right and not changed or forget the extra cup of ice and the cold foam. DON'T CHANGE THE ORDER! ITS THE SAME EVERY TIME. 7 Brew Coffee has fast become my favorite coffee stop! The coffee is always hot, unlike another popular international coffee chain whose coffee is just barely more than lukewarm. It goes cold before I can finish it. 7 Brew Coffee is still pleasantly hot down to the last sip.

They use mostly Torani syrups, including sugar-free options of most flavors. Their vanilla flavor, however, is a powder done in scoops. They have both hot and iced coffees. They are drive-thru only and work much like the closed Sunday chicken fast-food chain in that they have multiple car lanes. They have staff working outside walking to cars to get orders and take payments, so by the time you pull up to the pick-up area, your order is ready to go.

The outside staff are always super friendly, even with hot, cold, or rainy weather. I don't know how they do it. I'm assuming it is due to a good work environment with other employees and management.

The prices are about average today for any specialty coffee shop. They do have a rewards program tied to your account (phone number, I think), where after so many coffees, you get a free one. It's a reasonable number for a frequent coffee drinker. We don't stop there all the time because we usually only drink one cup of coffee a day, at home. But we've still managed to earn 3 free coffees.

I'm not a big chain coffee girlie, but we've never been to a 7 Brew before since they don't have any close to where we live, so for curiosity sake we stopped whole traveling.

I'm super impressed with all of it! First and foremost, the staff we interacted with were so friendly. In today's age of disgruntled employees, this is so refreshing. She wasn't just happy but she was clearly very excited to be working for the company and it really shows in how she treats customers.

Next, the speed at which they got our drinks out was head spinning. This is even more efficient than I've ever experienced at their competitor of the same setup. We loved that the line moved so quickly.

It does help that the coffee was good. They made a proper latte that didn't taste over diluted with milk. I think we'll be going back tomorrow morning before we leave town.

Last but not least, they loved on our dogs with pup cups that the dogs were so excited to get. And it wasn't just a tiny cup of cream, they loaded up a normal sized cup with whipped cream and a, dg biscuit and they couldn't have been more excited. We had to immediately find a parking lot to pull into so they could enjoy their cups because there's no way they were letting us go far.
