Lost customer! Had the worse experience at a Subway ever! Would be a 1 Star but we have eaten here constantly for over two year and this is only the second issue we have had. My wife and I were ordering online with the App which we do about once a week for Subway. The App had a promo on it buy two footlongs get one free. We ordered this the previous week. My wife picked out two subs for her and kiddos, went to hand the phone to me phone and accidentally hit order. We thought no big deal, we can call and cancel the order, or have them add it.
Instead what she got was nothing but attitude. The kid, I say kid because he looked to be only 17 when I was forced to go up there for a refund later, told my wife that they don't have that deal going on and they would never give away free subs. She then asked why would it be on the App then? He then said you don't have the right location. She asked to speak to the manager as the kid refused to refund the order. The manager got on the phone and it only went downhill from there.
Not only was he rude in the he was telling my wife that they never do "deals" like that, but that her phone or her app or both needed update. Then when asked to cancel the order and give a refund he stated that I would have to go up there since the order was in my name. My wife then stated I would be on my way shortly to collect the refund then asked him for his name and when he hung up.
I arrived there about 20 minutes later to the manager, actually had already refunded our account and canceled the order (i got the notification on my phone 5 minutes before arriving) holding his phone up asking if I was Bobby. I confirmed and he was attempting to show me their location had no deals ongoing. I proceeded to open my app and showed him the exact coupon i had on the app for his location. he then told me I needed to update my app because they haven't honored that coupon for over a month. I informed him I had ordered the same thing last week and all he could say was, "I don't know what to tell you". He showed me the receipt that he canceled and refunded the order before I arrived, I took it and left...
Read moreI ordered a REGULAR Oven Roasted Turkey 6 inch sub (4 slices of turkey) and was charged for a TITAN Turkey sandwich which costs more because it has more turkey. I did NOT order a TITAN turkey but paid for it. I asked the young girl about it after I paid for it and she said that is what her manager told them to do. I said so your manager asked you to charge the customer for a product they did not receive and she said "YES, if you order regular turkey we were told to charge the customer for a TITAN turkey". I did not receive a refund for the difference. I order the SAME Regular OVEN Roasted Turkey 6 inch Sub at every Subway I go to and have NEVER experienced this. And I get Subway in Central Arkansas ALL THE TIME. This location apparently tells their workers to CHEAT their customers for the profit of the owner and have no consideration of the customer and the product they actually ordered. I expect to pay for the product that IS LISTED ON THEIR MENU...which the Regular Oven Roasted Turkey was listed on their menu and I was yet declined to be charged that amount and didn't receive a refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- BEWARE CUSTOMERS. This may seem like a little thing but when you consider they are doing this to all the NON TITAN orders....it adds up to the profit of the owner which...
Read moreI've been in Subway since the 90s. I know all about Subway Restaurant since i been watching Subway on commercial all the time including that guy who appeared for 19 Years named Jared Fogle before he went to prison. I was only just a kid in the 90s when i came buy to Subway Restaurant in Mid-town Plaza where Village Mall and Walmart was at. I enjoy fresh sandwiches inside. But Unfortunately for me. I decided not to come buy. Instead. I stayed at the vehicle to eat it from there. I've been eating Sub Sandwiches in a Vehicle for many years. But there is one more thing about Jared Fogle before i getting myself out of my parents' property and moving into my apartment for the first time. I was only 14 when Fogle first appeared on a commercial in January of 2000 at age of 22 before his birthday. He has been appeared on a commercial for 19 Years which means. Almost 20 Years as of timeline. I been watching commercials with him until i decided to let him go. So that's why i been watching On Subway Commercial all the time including Jared Fogle. But that man is gone for a long time. And as of Subway. I save that to eat it in my apartment whatever i can. So i give it 5 Stars for Subway. Just like 5 Time foot long. And $5 foot long as well. It's been a long time since Subway has...
