Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mountain Home

Taco Bell is the only place I ever went for Mexican food. It was a fast food restaurant that I grew up enjoying as a kid, teen, and as an adult. I have great memories of going their with my little sister every Tuesday back when they had 3 lunch items for $5. Maybe, even a little less than $5.

Their restaurant was and still is always clean. Since my little sister moved away, I haven't been there in forever. I remember stepping and wondered where I was? LOL. How do I order??? What are those big screens?? I stepped up and had to order on a screen. New experience for me. I didn't have any issues with ordering nor with my meal once I ordered. I ordered food for my family and self. Their food was great, especially the 5-layer beefy burritos, hard and soft tacos.

Now, I have experienced a new way of ordering with Taco Bell. I ordered online via their app. At first, I was not sure if they would come out my way or not. Second, I was worried my food might be delivered to the wrong place. But nope. I didn't have any of those issues. My order was tracked in the app. It let me know they received it, they were making it, and it was being delivered. They also have a way to contact my driver who delivered my food. The whole thing was flawless. Thank you, Taco Bell. I will order in the future via app.

Now, as for their food (2025), I ordered a chilly burrito and a 5-layer beefy burrito. I had no idea which was which. I also noticed the one I ate was all cheese, no meat whatsoever. It was half filled. The other filled the same way except it had a tiny bit of meat in it. I also ordered a crunchwrap for the first time. It was the worst thing ever! It was flat, barely anything in it. A hint of lettuce, hint of cheese, hint of cheese, and as for the meat, I couldn't see any!!! I should have had beef in it.

(2025) In that same online order, I decided to try two new items. One was their cinnabon balls. I got bold and went with the 12-pack. Best decision ever!!! Those are to die for!!!! I'd order more any day. So light, fluffy, and the cream filling was perfect. You can also reheat them at home for 10 seconds, and it was perfect!

Next item I ordered online (2025), was the nachos that came in a white box. I forgot what it was called but the cheapest version of nachos with 4 toppings. I had refried beans, cheese, beef, and avocado sauce on it. It was delicious. Not bad at all.

Overall, the nachos with toppings, Cinnabon, delivery service, online app ordering, were all flawless. I enjoyed it. I will go back to sticking with just their tacos 🌮...

I give it 5 Stars for Taco Bell since i am a former customer after 32 Years. Before i moved away to Apartment. I was formerly been in Taco Bell since 1987 as a little kid. I have been eating Tacos Especially Quesadillas all the time since i really love to eat. In the 90s as a kid. I did tried out Taco Bell Kids Meal but it was no longer exists Unfortunately. And i remember when my mom took me to Taco Bell and into the Drive-thru Menu with a speaker. He or she did say hi how are you today. My mom said she's fine. Then he or she said order whenever you're ready. But back in the 80s when he or she did say Walcome to Taco Bell may i take your order. As well in the 90s who did say thank you for choosing Taco Bell may i take your order or what can i do for you today. Before he or she saying hi how are you today order whenever you're ready. When after my mom gets done order those food and drink. She pays it first and then dinner is served with one Drive-thru Window instead of 2. It has 2 Drive-thru Windows back then. But only one window who can pay and served. Yes those lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese and especially Steak or Chicken starts dripping all over and that's a problem. And yes my mom went inside of Taco Bell to eat instead of going to the Drive-thru Menu and Windows. About once. So yes i was been eating Tacos and Quesadillas all the time. But unfortunately for me. I quit going to Taco Bell after 32 Years. And that's all i was been there....

The person I front of us vomited all over the ordering com, so we didn’t roll down our windows and just drove up to the window hoping to order and the “manager” just walked away without saying anything to us when we told her what happened and why we didn’t order at the ordering com. Just walked away without saying a thing. Then another employee (nice gentleman) came to the window and I re explained the situation and asked for two quesadillas and a drink. we even said we’d drive around again. At which point the “manager” was back and told the young man to inform us to “come in because we have to meet time requirements in the drive though and they (yours truly) are holding us up” poor young guy was uncomfortable and let us know to come inside. The whole situation lasted maybe 4 minutes from beginning to end. We just went home. So here’s the question, if we were to drive around again like we said we would, who would we have been holding up? Very disappointed in the management. The situation could have been handled...
