Trulieve Medical Marijuana Dispensary Reading — Attraction in Muhlenberg Township

I was their first customer when they opened and was in the paper as their first and at the time they were good and the price was very fair, but now they are the highest I have seen and limited products. Also I buy the disposable pens and most never work correctly and die half way and you loose most of the product. When you complain they tell you to send an email to the supplier but they own the growing plant and they make most of what they sell.

They are outpacing themself and it is all about the money, nothing more. I am very disappointed in the way they have turned out. Will again start going to Allentown or elsewhere as clearly they no longer care about us, only the all mighty dollar.

AFTER POSTING THE ABOVE I WENT TO HARVEST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DISPOSABLE PENS NOT WORKING AND ABOUT THEIR HIGH COSTS. The manager acted very unprofessional and it ended up he told me to never come back in there. Their cost is higher then other companies and they take advantage of the sick and disabled that come there. The state is part of the blame as the cost is not controlled by the state and it is a all CASH BUSINESS. Harvest was a good place at first but they soon changed into a greedy business that is all about money and not the client. I am going to do my best to change the way this company does business with no oversight as to what can be charged. And this manager is not a professional but a person that will turn on you if you question him or harvest policy he will remove you from coming there. I admit I got loud with him but he was acting very unprofessional and showed no care that I am very sick with a life threatening illness. I am going to file a complaint with the state and others about the lack of price control and their actions. Others should do the same.

Update: I gave them a second try. Plenty of help this time. No one was rude. I had someone answer my questions about products they carry and things they don't. Changed from 3 to 5 stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the third dispensary I have visited. It is the only one that let me in without showing my patient card.

The person working at the front desk was emotionless with me but was rude to another customer. With the harsh attitude I was seeing and the lack of video information on their website, I felt sorry for a woman that was sitting there. It was her first visit at a dispensary. I talked her through a little of what I knew.

She had an appointment to meet with somebody inside that could help her select product for vertigo. I told her that if the folks inside were just as snippy, than she owed it to herself to go to the Dispensary at Bethlehem or Phoenixville rather than put up with this attitude.

I was told by the lady at the counter that it would be helpful if I knew what I was looking for. Fortunately, I have experienced and did know what I was looking for.

The display inside had the same look as the website. Very basic with only a few products on a few shelves. The lady at the desk was much nicer when she got around another employee towards the back counter.

To be fair, maybe it was just this one person being rude and not the entire sraff. That's the only reason I'm still giving them three stars,

It's unfortunate that this is the closest dispensary to my house, the next time I needed product I had somebody drive me to...

That's kind of funny cuz I don't have my medical card so I've not stopped here but when I passed it I do slow down and take a long look so maybe that's what Google's going off of by letting me do this review and that's fine that's wonderful lol because I'm just absolutely glorifying what it is that we're finally doing with the most wonderful god-given flower that is to our benefit and advice giving but unfortunately there are some that consider their opinion on cannabis as equal to what they also consider a law .... Well that's ridiculous LOL I renounce all of man's laws against a god-given plant...cannabis has always been legal in my house in my life I don't believe in illegal or legal anymore.. there's only right or wrong..to forcibly say I!or anyone can't is absolutely absurd..and that's the wrong...the right however is provided by the wonderful people that are working at this place and provide for all of us that need and use this plant for the means of what it provides for us and that's healing...and putting people before profit..until I get in there .lol .just kidding I prob won't get my card now..I didn't have one for the last 35 years so why change now?..lol..I'm still ratting...
