If I could give this place a -5 I would. This place is the worst. Let me start off by not taking credit away from the food in it's self. The food is always fresh and delicious. I normally utilize the drive thru but this past Thursday 2/18 I decided to dine in with my children. After a long evening of shopping locally we wanted to enjoy a warm meal and relax . Unfortunately this was the complete opposite and it was the night from hell. To begin the young lady Kyra behind the register was rude, ghetto had no work etiquette. I observed her taking other customers as I waited. She was LOUD rolling her eyes and goofing around with another employee by the fries. I observed 2 employees help themselves to drinks and these young ladies help themselves to fries. To think I was eating their food made me sick and lost my appetite. The dining room was beyond FILTHY and you would think since the had extra time to be unprofessional the could clean. I will NEVER come here again. The highlight of it all is this young lady Kyra made a comment to her colleague and I quote" There's no Popeyes around here,if there was I would work there!" I was flabbergasted and wanted to say "You'd be doing Bojangles a favor if you left. I brought it to the attention of the manager and his response "Don't worry she won't be here tomorrow" Really so sad HORRIBLE ALL AROUND PLEASE SAVE...

This Bojangle's is a pad site in front of a strip mall on US-222 Business northbound, although if you're going southbound, there is a left turn traffic signal immediately before the restaurant.
I have to say the fried chicken is very good and the biscuit and sides are a cut above other fried chicken places, but beyond that, there are numerous negatives. The employees, while polite and efficient when it was my turn to order, seemed to have trouble and voice-raising incidences with other customers while I was there. I'm not too fond of having all the amenities, e.g. napkins, plasticware, beverage dispenser, and condiments, all behind the counter, so one has to rejoin the line and ask at the counter if one needs more of anything. Also, they charge for drink refills unless you ordered a medium or large, which strikes me as a bit petty. And finally, the whole place looks very dark and dated for a fast food type of restaurant.
Still, I'd return for the...
Read moreOnly gave 3 Stars because I used to really enjoy Bojangles at this location couple years back. It usually had a decent wait time. But the wait time now has been weird. Where as I was waiting about 10-20 minutes for my biscuits to get done to complete my order. Which I found odd only when I got home to eat my food. The biscuits were a little burned. Not visibly, but can taste the difference. And my cousins chicken breast was pretty raw still. This was on my last visit about a week ago. The girl at the register was very polite, so I didn't mind waiting. If I'm gonna be forced to wait for my food. The least I expect is for it to be made properly. My last 2 visits were pretty upsetting considering how hungry I am usually when going out to eat. I'm gonna give Bojangles a 3rd and final try once more before I completely stop going at all. There are more then enough parking spaces to ask customers to wait for there complete order be made properly. Just make sure to have the polite register girl inform customers about the delay incase said customers are on a time crunch. Okay, rant...
