I would not recommend Sarah to do your haircut. When I went, I felt like I was going on a bad week for her, She was late coming in to the salon for my appointment as well. I am usually an easy going person and get that life happens and is hard at times. So I ignored it….I had my hair down and due to that I went to work it was washed and straight that morning. I never been to a hair salon where they didn’t at least wash or damp my hair before cutting. She told me my hair looked good to just cut it without washing it. I was not sure about it; but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought it would be okay. My hair is long down to my shoulders, I wanted it cut just above the shoulders and layered. When she just started cutting I was not at all sure, It seemed that she was just cutting everywhere, and not what I am use to at all. It wasn’t like the cut I got the first time I went. Parts of my hair is uneven. She wasn’t very talkative, it felt awkward the whole time. She started my appointment at 3:10ish, I walked out by 3:54.
Also she charged me the full price 55.00 like if I got my hair washed and blowout and cut. She only did the dry haircut and style. which is something I didn’t request.I did however felt like an inconvenience for her and I wished she had canceled on me instead of giving me a choppy haircut. Just wanted to warn others, just to prevent what happened to me. It is definitely one of those days where my timing wasn’t good to get a haircut. I generally shrug it off and just know that my hair will grow out eventually again. Will not be...
Read moreUgh. I had such a terrible experience. I never leave poor reviews but thought I would definitely share! I’ve been to Sydnee before. She does amazing highlights! I take FULL accountability that I was 45 mins late. Totally my fault. I originally had a FULL blonde highlight appointment. When I got there, I was greeted terribly, and was told right off the bat, I would be charge $30 for being late. Okay, that’s fine- I understand. Well instead of getting partial now- she “only had time” for “money maker” highlights. Um okay? My original appointment would have taken hours! To at least noon or 1pm. Instead I was there at 8:45am and I was walking out at 10:30. My highlights aren’t even at my roots. She only did the front pieces. I was charged $180 for something I’ll have someone else re-do in a few days. This is also for my wedding which I had put down. I was barely spoken to!! I had to initiate conversation. It was so awkward. I was just sitting there while she did a few foils. I told her I wanted to be real blonde but she toned me for 15 mins without one word of speaking to me. Also, she had texted me right at 8am to tell me she’s yet again switched salons. This is the 3rd and last location I’ll see her at. Just be prepared if you are accidentally late!! There was no respect, professionalism, or...
Read moreI’ve been seeing Victoria for over 2 years now & she knocks it out of the park every single time!! Which is no small task because I have a whole lot of hair. I’ve been blonde, brunette, redhead, blonde again, auburn, & almost everything in between & Victoria never bats at eye at any of my requests. Each time I’m there, I feel right at home & all of the stylists are so great. Victoria mainly does my hair, but Matt, Destiny, & Elizabeth have also dried/styled/cut/etc etc & I literally cannot say enough good things about the entire staff, Sydnee & Sarah, too! The whole team goes above & beyond with everything that they do & the local square is incredibly lucky to have them there. I look forward to my appointments every single time because it’s basically just a planned visit to hang out & laugh with friends & my hair looks like a Hollywood dream every time I leave. Seriously. If you’re looking for dream hair by dream stylist(s), schedule an appointment with my friends at Copper & Co. You...
