Whoever took over Center For The Arts has ruined that establishment and ruined the community as there was always more shows throughout the year and more Christmas shows that ran longer from December 20 through the end of the year that people could come and enjoy, and you've done nothing but destroy the theatrical aspect of that facility that it was for decades, and we don't like the new Management you're horrible for that establishment and we as a community cannot wait for you to be gone from there. You are a terrible addition to the theatrical arts of the community.!! They should've left Denise Parton overcharge of that establishment her and the people that were running it before had a way better situation set up for the people who love theater!! Nothing but money grubbing Management that don't care about the community. All they care about is a paycheck you've destroyed Center...
Read moreReally fun date night for my wife and I to see The Diary Of Anne Frank a few weeks ago. This place has a good atmosphere and even a wine bar! Looking forward to visiting here again soon, I could see MCFTA becoming one of the places we frequent. Reasonably priced tickets as well. The audition atmosphere was long, chaotic, and cliquish at best. My kids were heartbroken because they worked hard on their scenes, and attended an audition workshop-yet were not even given a chance to perform the scenes at the audition. I received an email after the fact, saying in so many words that they "weren't good enough"-when in reality, they both have professional experiences in Los Angeles and Nashville. There's enough politics in mainstream media. We weren't expecting the same political garbage from a small community theater in Murfreesboro. Two...
