0 STARS. Website only half works, app has NEVER worked since it's release and has been in the same shape for years untouched. In store experience has gone down significantly with hardly any in store inventory of games, they seem to focus solely on collectibles and FUNKO pops... Gamestop ,in my childhood during the purchase of EB GAMES, was THE PLACE to go to get a huge IN STOCK inventory and great deals on VIDEO GAMES. They would now have to pay me to shop here in its current state. From such a great company seeming to only get bigger and better, to a complete JOKE and a waste of brick and mortar locations. Now seems to be run completely by teenagers with no care except to make the company go belly up... have no clue why they are even still remotely open and operating. At this rate, Gamestop will be something of the past that we tell our grandchildren of...like BLOCKBUSTER.

So after we got our game and started walking out the door i took the game out of its case and noticed there were crustt hardend fingerprints all over the back of the game. -_- we took it back in and asked him to clean it and he acted like we were an inconvenience. I mean we were the only ones in there? Then After he cleaned it he said 'there is that better?' Was beyond disappointed with this particular employees behavior. Completely unacceptable. Read moreI just left game stop. I went in to buy a PS4 and some games. There was one customer in there besides us. Two GameStop employees. Both of the GameStop employees completely ignored me. I know for a fact they heard me while I was standing right in front of them trying to get their attention multiple times. I waited for about 15-20. Went up to the front desk multiple times. They didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Even asked out loud- “why are you guys ignoring us”. The older gentleman would stop helping the second customer, and as soon as I walk up to the front again, he would then proceed to pretend to help the costumer the other GameStop employee was tending...
