Kidz Digz is an amazing, fun and educational hidden gem where kids and adults love of digging for and learning about fossils, minerals and semi precious stones comes to life! The owners Char and Damion are so passionate about their love of geology and are very patient and enthusiastic when sharing their knowledge with others. My son and I had such a great experience attending their Superhero themed dig recently! It was such a great value and included not only an hour long digging experience but also pizza, drinks and the kids got to watch spiderman while they enjoyed their food. We can't wait to go back and take his little brother soon! They also offer themed kids birthday parties and adult themed nights which I plan on attending for a date night or girls night out soon. I can't recommend this veteran owned business enough, especially for families to enjoy together. We have been several times now. My kids (ages 6 and now 8) love coming. We have done an open dig session and my kids loved being able to pick their theme. It was my son's birthday weekend and they were so accommodating for us. My son (6) picked Minecraft and my daughter (8) did VIP. They loved the entire experience. Then the next month my son and I did the Glow Party and loved it. It was interactive and well organized. Our most recent trip was because my daughter did her party here for her 8th birthday. Everyone had a great time. The decorations and set up was perfect. We had plenty of time to dig, crack geodes, eat, open presents, and have cake. Probably the easiest party we have ever done. So unprofessional! Me and my 3 kids drove 30 minutes and were so excited to come here for the first time. I looked at the website ahead of time and it said they were open and it said walk ins are welcome. So no need to make an appointment. And when we got there there at 11:30 there was a sign on the door that said will be back at 2:00. So I called them and the lady said if they don’t have appointments then they leave for lunch. I said that is a long lunch for a regular workplace and I asked if someone could come anytime sooner since we were there already and online stated that they would be open.
