To be safe, I confirmed with the person on the phone that my credit wouldn't be affected, to which they informed me that it was indeed a credit check.

Santiago's misleading approach and failure to respect my request not to run my credit without authorization left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Jennifer (Store Mgr) was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I spent 3 hours there (no joke) and we were not rushed or pushed into anything, but instead were treated wonderfully. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining things to us about the different types of mattresses and made suggestions based on our wants and needs. When we left, we weren't entirely sure which mattress we wanted (had it narrowed to two), but we knew we would not be going anywhere else once decided. We decided later that day and went back to purchase from Jennifer. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else solely based on our shopping/purchase experience. We went a few other places and none could even come close to comparing to the excellent customer service and great purchase terms. The fact that they give you 120 days to try your mattress and can exchange if unhappy, that is a huge benefit when purchasing from this company. Our new bed is set to arrive in a couple of weeks, so I will update my review once we receive it, but this review is more for the purpose of recommending this company and particular Murrieta location to purchase from. Santiago took very good care of us from start to finish & he even kept our kids occupied so we could try everything we came to see. The Manger (Jen, I apologize if this is not her name) was awesome as well. Everyone in the store was welcoming and very accommodating, I would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone. They are also on point with their low price guarantee, so I am glade we came here first.

On a personal note...I am African American and a lot of the time when my husband (also African American) and I walk into stores we are not acknowledged or helped even though we walk into most stores with the intentions of buying. From the moment we walked into this store we were greeted and helped without feeling like we were being followed or watched. This was an excellent experience for me and my family from start to finish.

We received EXCELLENT customer service and was able to get our bed delivered the very next day.
