Starbucks — Restaurant in Murrieta

Ok, I understand that they were close at 8:30 but I had a DoorDash order at this location. The outside door was locked, so I used the drive-thru but nobody answered. I proceeded to go up to the window. I gave them a little honk to let them know I’m here I have an order. After I blew my horn this man shook his head and proceeded to do whatever he was doing. He never came to the window and told me that they were closed.

I don’t know if it’s possible but if I were them I would turn off the drive-thru menu completely blackout. If you can’t do that then block the drive thru maybe with a cone or a wet floor sign. Or how about this get a sign that says you are closed.

End of the day, I ended up letting the customer know what was going on and that I was canceling the order due to a lack of not getting help from employees. Like for God’s sake, I could have had an emergency. Who knows I might have been kidnapped and needed...

Was having a bad day. You know the kind where things just aren't going your way. Was driving back home and had decided to treat myself to Starbucks. I had never been to this location and was following Google maps. As I approached the location I noticed the sign said in big letters Drive Thru. I thought oh no am I not going to be able to go in? (Had to use the restroom) But was relieved to see that indeed I could. The cashier was so pleasant and nice and I had mentioned i was having a day where things just werent going my way. I retrieved my drink (after using the restroom) went to my car and thats when I noticed the following msg on my cup "⭐️Make the most of your day⭐️" I immediately felt better. I wish I had looked at her name tag to give her a proper shout out. But thank you to the young lady who brought a smile to my day. I needed...

Super upset about this place though the staff seem friendly the service isn't all that great for me. It was more disappointing. I ordered over the phone since my on the go starbucks app was not working and spoke with Joaquin I believe is the name. I confirmed the location and the number that I was calling 20 min prior to picking up my coffee carrier since I knew it was going to take a long time to brew..long story short I came 25 min in and try to pay for it and they stated no one received my call...to be honest it would of been ok if they had said they couldn't make it in time instead I felt like they called me a liar and said I never called. I never like to leave bad reviews like this but I felt this horrible experience I had to vent and leave a review...I'm sorry to say but the staff may appear friendly but integrity is what...
