Not a huge park but enough to enjoy a good sunrise like this one we watch. Sunsets are good (positioning is clever). Good for fishing or a good walk. In summer bring repellent (fact). Boat ramps, basketball court (outside), green areas. In rain season the flooding is bad in some point been closed by one or two months. They don’t do the county fair anymore there so no more rock bands. Firework show for 4 July still up in the River Front every year. Bars and restaurants are very close (walking distance).

A great place to live if you like a Riverfront, especially one of the longest river in the world (River Missippi). I lived almost a year watching this river. It is so beautiful. There is a park for the children and there is enough walk ways. Enjoyed everyday living here in a house which was built around 1820. I also witnessed a flood which covered the entire riverfront once. YOu can expect heavy rain in the region as well. River is not friendly for a casul swim or bath.

One of several areas to relax and enjoy in Muscatine along the Mississippi River. One of my favorite places to take pictures of wild life such as Eagles, geese, and ducks. Excellent area to get pictures of the full moon bouncing off the famous river. Offers a free water sprinkler cooling area by the park for children during the summer.

It's a nice place to sit for lunch. I pick up a sandwich or something and sit along the water. During the summer you can watch the boats and barges with trains on the other side. During the winter the ice and wildlife are peaceful. Only problem is the city doesn't feel the need to plow the parking lots well in the winter and only make a path through the lots on the North end. They don't plow snow out of the parking spots. During the summer my kid likes the fountain and we walk along the river...
