My sister had her wedding hosted at this venue and while it is beautiful the management and organization of events is horrible. It was a small wedding of about 55 people or so. We asked to pay extra to not make our GUESTS move their own chairs, requested 8 months in advance, and paid for prior. As it was this request was met with a lot of push back. There was no point of contact at the venue during the event. They only provided 1 guy to do so, who didn't pay any attention and never came up to do so until about 10-15 minutes into the cocktail hour, and when he did show up (and saw that we had already organized a few of our guests to move chairs, myself included), he shrugged and walked away. No check in with any of our organizers, no apology. We got a texted apology from the event coordinator who was not even on site. All their staff member did was watch downstairs to make sure no one stole anything from the shops downstairs. I can understand having security but having 1 guy there to act as security and event staff is not only inefficient but downright neglectful when it comes to event organizing. My sister, the bride, was crying on her wedding day because the party had to be interrupted and reorganized due to this venues neglegence. My sister did not ask me to leave this review I am simply beyond fuming that their lack of organization or even care, made my sister cry on...
Read moreI attended a wedding here as a groomsmen. This place is fantastic. It's absolutely beautiful and the entire building really has a magical feeling. The windows allow for beautiful natural lighting during the day and the lighting in the building is great for photography and ambience. Though the kitchen is very near the rest of the wedding it didn't seem of effect the overall feeling. There is also a wonderful gift shop along with an art gallery in the same building allowing you to step away from the party to clear your head or even grab a last minute wedding gift. The staff in the entire building were very poliet and helpful. I would love to come back for another wedding or...
Read moreEverything at the Century Club was just amazing! There's plenty of parking available for guests in the lot behind the building - also its super close to local hotels (Shoreline Inn and Holiday Inn). The space is just gorgeous and you get a ton of natural light- which is really nice for pictures. I knew I wanted a venue with a different style than your average banquet room somewhere and this fit perfectly with my vision! Also, Ying is amazingly helpful and so fast at answering any questions. We planned our wedding from across the state and I never felt worried because I knew every detail and aspect of the day were...
