First time shopping at the Mustang Atwoods location-In the store there was an end cap with Dots pretzels advertised as on sale for $5.99-all of the bags were the same size-just in different varieties-at checkout they rang up $9.99-when I mentioned to the cashier they were on sale she said I got the wrong size and they couldn’t over ride the price-I stated they pretzels came off of the end cap saying they were on sale for 5.99-she said it didn’t matter they weren’t on sale-I asked for a refund-the customer service manager Crystal came over and reiterated that I had picked up the wrong size bag (even though the entire end cap was the same size bag) and they wouldn’t honor price-that is fine just want a refund.Crystal stated only Donnie could issue the refund-the cashier called Donnie over and as he walked up to the register-Crystal called him over as she needed to have him help her first-Donnie finally came over to issue my refund and once again proceeded to tell me I had picked up the wrong size bag-finally issued my refund

The past two experiences were fraught with inaccurate prices in the pet section and pet medication section, this was brought to a mangers attention about 3 months ago. Forward to today and the prices for items in both sections were still labeled incorrectly and I didn't discover this until I reached the register. If the prices weren't so far apart I wouldn't fuss, but there was a differential of $11.00. This makes it seem as if you're relying on customers to not catch it or care about the discrepancy at the register. Thank you for correcting...

But that's the only good thing about this location. -1 star for the older guy that talked to me like I was stupid. -1 star for all of the soil amendments being outside and around the corner, -1 star for their inaccurate inventory, and -1 star for the extremely rude woman that had to do the refund and acted like it was coming out of her pocket. I seriously just wanted to spread the money around and not all at Lowes, but honestly, Lowes has my loyalty from now on. I'll not waste my time dealing with this...
