Note: I would not give a star, but I am required to leave one in order to post this review about the terrible experience I had tonight with the management.
I have never left a bad review for a business, but their tone and aggressiveness—especially in front of my children—were completely uncalled for. The manager and an assistant manager (who told me her name was Shelby, as I will be contacting corporate because my experience was that awful) were extremely rude. Extremely. I was shocked.
After reading other reviews, it seems this behavior is a pattern at this location, which is truly disappointing. Taco Bell trainers, you should strive to do better. It doesn’t take much to be a decent human being in all interactions, and your “managers” were far from it tonight.
Follow-up to my complaint yesterday:
Cora, the General Manager, called me after receiving my complaint to corporate to apologize for the actions of Shelby and the night crew. She agreed that my negative experience could have been handled differently and should never have escalated to the aggressive level Shelby displayed toward my family.
Cora also provided me with a food voucher in response to the poor treatment we received. She assured me that she would speak to Shelby, and I thanked her for reaching out so quickly. It truly helped make a terrible experience better to know that Taco Bell management does care about providing positive customer service—even though the actions of two “managers” last night suggested...

I guess I selected wrong on the app, I don't know. But I went inside to get my mobile order, I was completely ignored by all working in the kitchen made direct eye contact with whomever was in the managers office several times, repeatedly hollered excuse me, i need help, and waved my arms for help to the 4 people in the kitchen. But was completely ignored. Stared straight into the surveillance camera and asked for help.... finally after 5-10 minutes of standing in the lobby at the counter in plain view to the kitchen caught the eye of the guy working drive thru. He pushed my app order through, got my food and it was not even prepared correctly. This location is a fail again.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru Get to the window and they don't have sweet tea because they ran out (10 at night) no problem unsweet tea fine. Get my food take a bite ewww has sour cream when I asked for no sour cream. Take a big drink of my tea .....oh wait that isn't tea either is some funky fruit punch crap. It's been 6 months since I've been to this location. NEVER AGAIN I'll drive to Yukon. (honestly I hate this drive thru because anywhere else I would've left after 10 minutes but your trapped in...
Read moreNot only is this location BEYOND slow, they can NEVER get an order right. I have been here several times and everytime something gets messed up. If you tell them not to add something, it is almost guarenteed they will add it anyways. This time however, they managed to write "no beans" on the 5 layer wrapper and it was actually a buffalo chicken burrito. Therefore, I took a bite of my wife's burrito instead of mine and now I'm throwing up because I'm allergic to what was in hers. This place is a nightmare. The drive thru takes 20 minutes to an hour EVERYTIME you go no matter how many cars are in line, and you have no way to leave the line because there is a curb right next to you. I've given them chance after chance, but after this last mess up I'm done. Be careful Taco Bell, mess ups like that can get you a lawsuit.. and they can't even say that it's a computer error because it's PLAIN AS DAY written on the receipt. Don't add things to people's food because there is obviously a reason they ask for it without, and it is not rocket science to figure out which wrapper goes on...
