UPDATE Again, last night was the first time that I did not have a good experience here. They were very responsive in hearing my complaints. So much that they called me on a Sunday morning. I am super impressed, and I am so glad that they reached out to make sure they heard about exactly what went on. That kind of customer service is what I love and we will continue to support their business!

I have always absolutely loved this place but after tonight I probably won’t be returning. It seems to be very understaffed and poorly managed. Tonight was the worst I’ve ever seen it. I saw 3 employees on the floor the whole night. Two were playing basketball and one was at the shark cage. There wasn’t a single person at dodge ball when that’s always the spot that most kids are in. There were kids trying to fight other kids. There were kids cussing and threatening my kids. I know that is out of their control, but if there were employees in places, this could have been handled better. I let an employee know there was a kid threatening my kids, and telling them to meet them in the bathroom. He did address the kid and 5 minutes later still there like nothing happened. This place is great! This is the first trampoline park we have been too. This place doesn't deserve anything under 5 stars. I've read the lower reviews and they are ridiculous. My wife and I are 26 and son is 5 we had a blast jumping around. Many things to do and adults can have fun too. They have a toddler section which is great for little kids but my son had no troubles jumping with others. The toddler zone you can also go in as an adult. Go to website and pay attention to their specials. We did 4 adults with pizza and pitcher of soda for $78 very good deal. If youre and adult and just want to watch well you're free to do so at no cost which is great since my mom watched as my 14 year old sister could jump. One thing I suggest is the park is a little to hot. We were drenched in sweat. I do think place needs to turn up the ac or put 2 fans on the many support posts to cool off i think that would be fantastic. The pizza tasted good but crust was a little too thin but im not complaining since it was basically included in the price for the special. I wasn’t too pleased, but once they get more established I’m sure it would be a great place. No help up front when filling out & signing waivers(my sister got very aggravated because she’s not used to computers & the staff told her “This is probably not the kinda place for you”, kinda pricey for younger kids anyway, employee(manager) wasn’t aware of the pricing(2& under is supposed to only be $5) & he tried to tell me oh no you must’ve been on the site for rockin jump( I wasn’t) after ringing up my 1 year old he says oh yeah you’re right🙄& my sister was charged $17 for my 2 year old & that’s only for 1 hour. we ordered 2 family pizza meals the staff dropped one of them before it got to us, so we had to wait even longer with 3 hungry littles ones. They have arcade games & prizes, but they weren’t set up take money yet. Almost all of the staff just looked stressed out & not very happy.
