This place is good if you want to have a little bit of a challenge and you are an adult that likes to play putt-putt. Worth the drive usually not as busy as the main Myrtle Beach off 17 Putt-Putt places. This putt putt course is located South Myrtle Beach past the helicopter pad. So it is not in line with all of the ones off of 17 business. Probably the reason it is not as busy as the other putt-putts. See some great planes coming over because the airport is right here. They have a well-maintained putt-putt course here. It has a pretty good challenging atmosphere for couples and young and old adults. This one and Captain Hook ,and Mount atlanticus uptown and Hawaiian Rumble and Aloha golf are some of your best adult Putt-Putt courses. I really enjoy courses that offer you a little bit of challenge . There's a few in Myrtle Beach that you just tap the ball barely and it goes into the hole . And most of the holes on some of the Putt-Putt courses always slope down. However don't let that scare you the kids will have fun here too. I just mean it offers a little bit of a challenge to the regular Putt-Putt person. Has a nice Play 3 course option which is reasonable. Okay have fun. As they used to say in the old days putt putt for the fun of it! By the looks of crowds these days at all the Putt-Putt places Putt-Putt is back full blast...
Read moreWe had such a great time here! We got complimentary tickets from our hotel and chose this course from all the options in the area because of the positive reviews - and we weren't disappointed. The course was so much fun, a lot of creative obstacles, and it took us much longer than normal because we were taking pictures at each hole. The Skipper course is the accessible one, but there are only 10 holes (you start over at hole 1 to make 18). The Captain course is the primary 18-hole course, but there are steps along the way. The employee was also super friendly. We came in mid-December on a Thursday around noon, so there was literally no one else there when we started, but a few families came in after us. The location is also super close to the airport, and we saw a bunch of planes flying super low over the course when coming in to land, so that added to the thrill. Whether you're looking to kill time before a flight or just looking for something to do during your stay in Myrtle Beach, I can't recommend this mini-golf...
Read moreOut of all the free golf tickets I've received from my various Myrtle Beach stays, I've never once been to this place, so I decided to check it out for the first time.
It was awesome!
Two very well designed courses, that go in, through, around, and on top of the gigantic mountain, as well as one part where you get to go on a ship!
The Skipper Course is very unique, in that it is very accessible for handicapped players, as the first nine holes are very flat, and the course is designed so that a handicapped player will do the first nine holes and repeat them for a full 18 hole game.
If that wasn't unique enough, some of the holes during those first nine have different starting points for handicapped players compared to anybody else.
You don't see that every day!
In addition, hole 18 on either course is a very long slope, offering a pretty cool challenge that is as rewarding as it...
