We accidentally ran in to this place and decided to stay for a drink so my husband can enjoy a cigar. I don’t care for the cigars so I was there to just grab a drink. The handsome bartender was very polite and friendly. I gave him a description of my drink, which was I like it strong, sweet and I hate the taste of alcohol plus I’m very picky with my drinks and I do not like Brandy lol. For all the bartenders out that try pleasing me! Lol !! This sweet guy pulls out a little black book and I was like whoooo this is some serious business going on here!!!! He gave it to me with a lemon peel on the side which made me actually ? his knowledge of his work lol ( I told him I like it sweet, I imagine like strawberry or something lol) I take a deep breath and prepare for the worst and take a sip. My mind went in a small shock from how smooth, sweet and cold it felt in my mouth. My tongue was full of surprises with the flavors combination, it felt like a beautiful dance of flavors in my mouth, I swear. I felt no alcohol at all so I was a bit skeptical, but by the end of that cup I knew I wanted everything the same drink but all over again and after that one I barely made it to the bathroom on my high heels to fix my lipstick lol. All I could say is I hope that bartender knows his woman like he knows his drinks!!!!!! Wow!!!!! I did end up walking home that night cuz it felt so good to walk in that freshly cool air lol for about an hour home lol . I did take off my shoes though cuz I got tired to walk in them but oh did that wind feel soooooo good on my hot skin. And the best part was that the bartender gave me the recipe of that drink that he actually made him self!!!! So cheers to the awesome bartender send from heaven lol . I also loved the wooden table that’s right by the doors of the place that goes up like a garage which I thought was pretty cool and different. Crowd was lay back mostly men probably due to the cigarettes which is the main point of that place I assume but they where a couple of girls at the end of the table that I ended up talking to of course especially since I was way out of this world by the end lol. I definitely will come back again to hopefully get the same drink again and will bring a...
Read moreThis cigar lounge is a great place to visit for a fine cigar experience. Whether you are a novice cigar smoker or have your tastes well-established you are sure to find something highly rated and well-priced in the spacious walk-in humidor. The owners have made the lounge space a superb blend of high-top tables for more secluded visit purposes (great for a casual business interaction or to get you date night off to a good start) and rhetoric-inviting softer seating in-the-round afforded by a comfy array of relaxing leather chairs inviting you to be as private or engaging with other patrons as you’d like. The decor is a tasteful blend of comfortable colors, textures, and artwork. A large flat screen hangs on a prominent wall but tactfully avoids creating any sort of Sports-Bar-vibe even when a sporting competition is being shown. Music is often played over the well-balanced sound system and is always an unobtrusive and inoffensive background allowing easy conversation levels with your company. The bar is well-stocked for the simpler parings with whichever fine, hand rolled cigar you’ve chosen to enjoy. Bottled water is free (and thoughtfully encouraged!) to patrons. The beer selection is an intentional offering of a great representative from amongst a few of the currently popular varieties such as stouts, ales, IPA, sours, lagers, etc.. There is one unisex bathroom available should the need arise. It is well stocked, well lit, and well maintained for cleanliness and use. Many days of the week the owners can be found here working hard to create the finest cigar smoking experience available. They are genuinely kind and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding current stock on hand in the humidor as well as many other fine cigars you may have enjoyed previously. Any of the staff members are a great resource while browsing the extensive cigar selection whether you would like to try something comparable to a prior smoke or would enjoy experiencing something new to your pallet.
TLDR: Knowledgeable friendly staff, great rotating cigar selection, excellent beer/wine/liquor parings, relaxing atmosphere, and comfy...
Read moreAs someone who used to go out of their way to go to Meridian to the Vault, I was surprised to see Nampa even had a cigar lounge. V-Cut has a decent selection, and as a soldier who's been on the receiving end of the Cigars for Warriors program while deployed, I applaud the owner for supporting it with a spot in the humidor. If I had to change one thing about the lounge, I'd say the seating with the leather chairs. Alot of the time it seems like the regulars have the seats locked up or saved for others. This can be a little intimidating for first timers or visitors as it creates the perception of a "Claimed or reserved space". Maybe reconsider the floor plan. Perhaps groups of chairs instead of the big circle. Just a suggestion so you don't overwhelm or disenchant...
