Pantera Market #4 is by far THEE BEST one☝🏽 out of all of the Panteras! I’ve been coming here since it opened, and have not returned to any of the other Panteras since, this place is that good👍🏽! My go to dish is the Enchilada Plate, Chicken/Pollo🐓, with an extra side of Queso Fresco because I love that cheese. You get 3 generous sized, Red Sauce coated Enchiladas, which are kinda spicy🥵 in a beautifully painful way🥰😋, beans🫘 are smashed a little runny and taste good👍🏽, rice🍚 is Spanish style yet light/fluffy. Many Latin mothers say you can judge a cook/restaurant by their rice/beans, let me say that I have yet to disprove that criteria!
2nd dish I would recommend is the Quesadilla, but not the generic tortilla, must have the freshly made corn tortilla, with the meat of your choosing. I also don’t get the regular yellow cheese. A mixture of Queso Fresco and Cotija, use the green salsa in the squeeze bottle, delicious🤤
When one comes to a Mexican Market, be prepared to bask in the beauty of the culture. You will get a true Latin inspired grocery market, butcher, SUPER FRESH Mexican Pastries🥐🥮, Latin Inspired Snack/Munchie Bar (for those that know, Know).
This place gets VERY VERY busy between 11am-1pm, so plan accordingly. Main reasons this place is not a 5⭐️ has nothing to do with the food, but the lack of seating and not having enough staff to clean/clear the tables. That being said, you have to take into account that this place isn’t a full fledged restaurant either, it’s an indoor food truck in the...

The food was delicious, and the flavors really stood out—especially in the Gordita I ordered, which was surprisingly large and filled the entire plate. However, I was pretty disappointed with the toppings. For such a generously sized dish, it only came with one thin slice of avocado and one slice of tomato—and not even a great piece, as it included the tough core end.
It was especially underwhelming because I was excited to try something other than tacos for the first time, and I expected a bit more in terms of freshness and garnish. My mom ordered the flautas and also received just one thin slice of avocado, which seemed a bit stingy for the price and portion size.
Overall, the taste was great, but a little more attention to the quality and quantity of the toppings would really elevate...
Read moreI’m a lover of Hispanic food. I grew up in California and in Idaho I strive to find good Mexican food. This place never disappoints and the service here is great. The tacos here is the best price around, only two dollars per taco. You can’t beat that. My hot level is high and they have homemade salsa up at the register. I just wanna say thank you to the owner because this is as authentic as it gets. Everyone is so nice and the food is amazing. My kids get down on the large Spanish rice for only 5.99 and it’s huge! Best rice in town. I support...
