The customer service at this place was amazing. I called about 6 weeks prior to my desired event date - I was planning a bachelorette party and looking to book a specific painting that would be relevant to the bride. Kristen helped me through the process and made it essentially seamless for me to set up. She sent me several different painting options based on our discussion of what my friend might like along with the comprehensive online gallery to choose from. From set-up to day of, she was so helpful. On the day of the class, there was fun music and excellent instruction. The employees helped us take a bunch of adorable pictures to commemorate our day. I would 110% recommend pinot's palette. the experience was fantastic. We had a wonderful instructor who was not only witty and charming but also very easy to follow. I went with my guy for a date that was not the same old dinner and a movie and I was not disappointed! The result were two paintings we have since hung up and some wonderful memories. To top it all off the first class we signed up for we couldn't make and they were incredibly understanding and even though I was too late to get a refund they worked with me and rescheduled me to a different class which ended up even better than getting a refund!
