I recently went to Suesie's for my wedding to have my hair done by Jesse and I absolutely loved it! Jesse did such an amazing job! She took the time, during my trial hair and on my actual wedding day, to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it. And it came out perfect! The whole staff came in early that morning so that my bridesmaids and my mom could have their hair done, as well. Everyone was so happy with how their hair turned out! I went to this salon on my wedding day for a gel manicure. That same day, the polish started chipping and has progressively gotten worse since. It's ridiculous to pay $30 for a manicure, to have it chip that same day! The whole point is for them to last 2 weeks. I had to hide my nails in my pictures so the chipped polish wouldn't show. Within 4 days 7 of my nails have chipped and are just getting worse. I sent the salon an email, and they still haven't responded. Horrible customer service. I will never...

This salon is rude and i will never go back. I asked for blonde high lights and walked out of there with dark brown hair. The woman Desirée who did it didn’t say one word to me the entire three hours i was in the chair, didn’t ask me how i was doing not a single word. I called back the next day to speak with the manager and she was even worse and rude. She even hung up the phone on my twice. I WILL NEVER recommend this...
