My parents bought a system here 20 years ago and have not had any issues. However recently, my father, who now has a hard time remembering things, started experiencing some issues with his master remote so I returned to Hifi buys for some help.

Paul quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several possible solutions. After learning about my dad's memory issues and his need for as little change as possible in learning new devices, he offered me a component for his old remote and didn't even charge me.

I was so impressed that I inquired about a getting a new WIFI system for my house that would reach my daughter's treehouse. Paul immediately put me in touch with Tristan, another salesman, who got me set up with a system that is probably strong enough to broadcast signals across the state--all at reasonable price. The entire process from estimate to installation was seamless and very professional. Hi-Fi's team got everything installed and working in a day--even digging a line from my house to the treehouse to ensure the best signal. They even sent a drywall repair man for a scratch that was inadvertently left on a wall. This must be why the nicest homes in Nashville use them. They are first class all the way.

5 Stars – Amazing Installation and Customer Service! I recently had the pleasure of shopping at HiFiBuys, and I could not be more impressed with both their products and their exceptional customer service. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding!

First, our sales representative Dylan Burroughs made the entire purchase process easy and informative. He was able to assess our issues quickly and offer a solution. We attempted to find other companies as our home is older and the wiring is difficult, but they could not offer a solution. He knows his products but also understands the technical challenges our home presented while meeting the needs and expectations of our wants.

The installation team Gary, Dan, and David were top-notch! They arrived on time, were professional, and took great care to ensure everything was set up perfectly. They took the time to walk me through the system and make sure I understood how to use it. I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were.

Throughout the entire process, the customer service was stellar, they really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It’s clear that HiFiBuys cares about their customers and provides a level of service that is rare to find these days. This is quite different than the other big box store options.

I bought a Denon receiver from a salesman John about a year ago. Have had to send back twice for repair . When bought was told by this salesman warranty 3 years on Denon . Told up front after asking that shipping was free to the repair company both ways. Well first time Hifi shipped it and when finally after 4 months it came back and had to pay 38.00 for return shipping . When got it home the display not working. So after heated discussion with sales guy John he told me to contact this repair company and ship it back myself . So I called them and asked about shipping . The customer rep told me shipping is free both ways and did not know why HiFi charged me for return shipping. The other thing not happy with HiFi John did not even bother to check this receiver when git it back . Had more than one issue with sales guy John and he is a real mouth piece . Every time confronted with what told in past and get highly offensive . With this said under no circumstances would I ever step foot into this store . This sales guy John stands there and very reluctant answering anything technical and gets high rate as if questions are dumb . This sales guy John told me has worked for this outfit for over 30 years . Do not know how because about the most arrogant sales person have had the misfortune dealing with in my life time . NO WAY IN HELL WOULD BUY FROM THIS...
