I Loved it here! Although it's been quite some time since I've visited, the Joseph Smith Museum has a magnificent Spirit about it. The Store however is what intrigued me the most. I thought that the people of that time were very resilient and creative to be able to survive such a journey. It's hard to be disappointed when you're spiritually enthralled with your surrounding's. I am however a bit dismayed at the complaints of those who have complained about the miniscule fee the museum charges for the well executed tours given by the members of the LDS Church. To me it just shows how the body of Christ is kind and forth coming and I think it's a shamed when the same folks who complained about a small fee here would gladly pay organizations such as Disney hundreds of dollars to do the same exact thing. Keep up the good work my brother's in...

May the peace and love of the Father guide each of you to his loving embrace....

There is a nominal fee ($4 at the time of this writing), but I felt it was worth the price to see the three different buildings and hear the information they shared. I've been on two different tours and, as with all tours, some guides are better than others. Also, for those saying that you don't get to go inside, you do get to go in 3 of the buildings: Smith cabin, the hotel, and the upper floor of the red brick store when you pay to go...
