My colleague had called in an order to the Floyds knobs location and was told it would be ready for pick up the next day. It was needed for work and was fairly time sensitive. Apparently it did not get passed along to the employees for the next day and the printer was having problems and I went to pick it up right before they closed and called just a few minutes ahead so they could have it ready for pick up and the young lady that answered the phone said it was not available because the printer had been down and no one had told them to print the order. Zoe and Cheyenne made sure to stay and find a way to get the blueprints printed that I needed even though they had to work late. I was very appreciative for their time and the professionalism that they showed as young adults. It was not their fault that the job was not completed, but they found a way to get it done for me so I could continue to conduct business. Mr. Schmelz should be proud of these two employees, and I wish more places had employees that had professionalism and as good of work ethic and as these two young ladies. They turned a bad review into a great review, and I will be back to do business here...
Read moreFrustrated with my service for $47.70 at The UPS Store 3785 in Floyd’s Knobs. Sent my son important documents that he needed in 2 days in San Diego. The documents went from Louisville to Orlando and then back to Louisville and then to California and then finally to San Diego 5 days later. I could have paid $10 for USPS for priority and it would have gotten there sooner. I ended up calling UPS customer service four times and getting 4 different answers with me ultimately talking to both Sam and the manager Joseph at The UPS Store with their customer recovery being that 2nd air is not guaranteed and when I signed the pad I agreed to that with no further customer recovery. Joesph actually said to me that there was nothing he could do for me and “He was hanging up and ending the call”. After working in customer service for 25 years I am stunned that this how I was treated. Sorry- UPS store you no longer have...
Read moreI ventured to the UPS Store in Floyds Knobs after a terrible experience at the location on Charlestown Rd. The Knobs location did a fantastic job and got the print job right on the first try. Not to mention, they only charged me .27 cents. The store on Charlestown Rd charged me $4.28 for two prints that I couldn’t even use. The inconsistency in pricing and quality is extremely concerning.
Staff on Charlestown Rd seemed to not want to be helpful. I came in to have a single color document printed. The first attempt had part of my document cut off and not included. The next attempt yielded a terrible quality print. The employee was far from helpful and made no attempt to improve the item. I highly recommend skipping Charlestown Rd, and visit the location in the Knobs for all...
