I understand that this restaurant is new, but it's been here for months and still every time I go in here the line is out the door. I wait at least 20 to 30 minutes just to place my order and wait another 10 to 15 minutes just to get my food. The past few times I've ordered here the food was lukewarm and the burger had almost no sauce to it and was very Bland. The fries were soggy and cold almost every time I've ordered them in the shakes were very liquidy. You think that such a new place would have more employees to better accommodate the high demand for this new restaurant. It's always so full of people and the way they have the tables and decoration set up it's so cramped in there not even look employees can barely move. Whenever I actually place my order, they have multiple computers up there but they always only have one person working the front desk. Read moreI usually go to the Chillburger in Clarksville but I decided to go to the one in Floyd Knobs because I was visiting some friends. I thought it was gonna be the same as Clarksville quick service, nice service, even good service.
My friend and her boyfriend and I waited 12 minutes for our burgers and my girlfriend waited 14 minutes for a salad which in fact didn't have chicken or a Patty on it. When the girl got to my table with the burgers but not the salad she said "the salad will be out in a minute". It doesnt take 14 minutes to make a salad .
I love the Chill Sauce very much the sauce in Clarksville is excellent, but when I got this Chill Sauce it wasn't even mixed together all the way. It has chunks of mayo and paprika in it.
It wasnt even that busy they had a total of 10 people in the whole place. There were 4 employees working. At Clarksville I usually see 6- 8 employees working.
The employees were super slow and acted as if they didn't know what they were doing.

Read moreWhen I walked into Chill Burger, I was skeptical. I have been to too many places that make burgers their main image, but fall short of delivering the simple American classic. To make a great burger, you have to get the basics right first. Places like this sometimes try too hard to stand out, and forget the fundamentals. Chill Burger is not one of those places. They hit all the key notes I look for in a cheeseburger; a good sear on the patties, adequately season patties, a soft bun, fresh crunchy vegetables, and killer secret sauce. The fries on the side were on point as well amd the seevice was fast and friendly. If you are looking for a simple but delicious burger, look no further. I was excited to see they had interesting options for topping as well. I will be back to try the peanut butter burger and the smoked gouda cheeseburger. If they can get the basics right, I trust they'll get the more unique burgers right as well....
