Brought in a laptop for some possible water damage. Thought they would assess the computer and decide the right course of action from there. Welp, guess I shouldn't have thought anything. The young man immediately flipped on the "I'm an expert, your a novice" attitude. Lovely to say the least. It needs to be sent out for water damge assessment which can't be done at the store. Wow. That was easy to say. These "geeks" are wired differently. Not the first time I encountered a similar interaction. Now, my confidence is shot with the Geek Squad. But what choice do I have. Already paid for the warranty service. Send these employees to some sort of customer service training or make there job based on commission. The technician called me the morning of my appointment to inform me of the $100 diagnostic fee that I was completely unaware of. I called the technician back to cancel the appointment and of course, no answer. So I called customer service and was told no cancellations on the day of the appointment. After talking to the rep, my appointment was cancelled. Completely disappointed with this entire experience.    Read more🛑Came here a while ago and just now writing a review but DO NOT go here for subwoofer install for your car . 1 After the installment I noticed a pen and a lighter along with other trash sitting in the backseat of my car NOT MINE. 2 They didn’t even tune it correctly so not even 30 minutes of listening to my subwoofer it started to smoke and completely broke. 3 The following days I noticed my ac was blowing HOT AIR IN THE SUMMER . Guess what, I went to get it fixed and the mechanic said it was from the SUBWOOFER INSTALLMENT. And to top it all off the guy was rude and seemed like he didn’t even want to do it.
