My first visit to this store was really nice. On the surface, it all glitters and looks quite appealing, and they have a nice selection of unique items. The staff seemed friendly, but they do hover around and watch ceetain shoppers like a hawk, which feels negative and a little intrusive, and the number of security signs and tags posted everywhere seems excessive and tells me they are paranoid about theft, which is understandable but doesnt exactly set a positive tone for shoppers, and a truly spiritually evolved establishment would not need to use negative energy and intimidation as a way to address shoplifting concerns, but that's a story for another day.
Anyway, on with my story. While I was shopping, I asked the owner, Michele, if she could hold some things at the register for me since my hands were full and I had more shopping to do. She prepared and bagged the items at the counter while I finished up my shopping, and then I paid for everything and left the store. When I got home and looked in the bag, I realized that a bracelet that I had lovingly picked out for my husband wasn't there. I was very disappointed because it was so perfect and unique, and I was very excited about giving it to him for our upcoming anniversary. I had never seen anything quite like it before. I went back to the store a few days later to buy some early Christmas presents. Since I had made a very positive connection with Michele and had enjoyed a nice conversation with her (or so I thought) when I visited the store the first time, I thought as I explained the missing bracelet situation to her that she would be helpful and caring in resolving the problem with me, but I was totally wrong. She was dismissive and defensive, acting like I had no right to question her about it and insinuating that I never gave her a bracelet to hold for me and that I was mistaken. She just ignored me after my inquiry and didn't care about helping me find a solution or alternative, so I put back all the items I was going to purchase and left the store. I went back into the store a few minutes later and calmly told her that I didn't appreciate being dismissed and ignored, and that's when she made a scene, narcissist style, raising her voice loudly, creating drama, acting like SHE was a victim and I was a villainous bad person making unreasonable demands. She then kicked me out of the store before I could even finish my sentence, talking over me, angrily wishing me her so-called "love and light." How hypocritical and unprofessional! She flits around her store bragging and trying to impress everyone and get attention with her so-called superior spiritual abilities, supposedly sending love and light to all, but she doesn't really practice what she preaches or she would not have been so rude and nasty to me with so little justification. I did nothing wrong. Actions speak louder than words, and how people treat others during conflict resolution will show you all you need to know about them.
I will never set foot in this store again, and regardless of how many other people are dazzled and leave gushing reviews about how great they are, my recent experience here, sadly, was not a positive one, and I really wanted it to be. All they had to do was be sincere and care instead of overreacting to a legitimate...
Read moreBefore I begin explaining what happened with the owner, Michelle, I’d like to preface that I am legally blind, meaning I have vision loss in both eyes that cannot be corrected with glasses. I use a white cane part time to help me navigate my environment sometimes.
I was in the store on 2/19/2024 with a friend of mine, she was shopping, and I was accompanying her. I had no money on me, so I decided to snap pictures of some items I’d like to purchase when I return with money. After my friend had purchased her items, as were exiting the store, one of the owners, Michelle, followed behind. She closed the store door behind her once we were all outside, and begun to explain we were no longer welcome in her store. She told me “we have a no photography and videography policy”, I told her that I was unaware of this policy. She then stated that there were signs in the store, stating this policy very clearly. I said “I did not see the signs”, but before I could even explain why, she said, “yes you did. There’s signs everywhere saying it”. I then explained my visual impairment to her, as it was the reason I could not read the signs. She then turned to my friend and said “no, YOU were taking pictures”. Which did not make any sense, considering I was the one she was confronting, and I was the only one taking pictures.
My friend and I tried to explain this to her, but she was adamant about it. She told us “I wish you love and light, but not in my store. You are not welcome back here.” An even louder argument ensued, and my friend was in tears by the time we made it back to the car.
This is highly embarrassing for the owner, and a very immature approach to such an easily avoidable situation. She had many opportunities to tell me I was not allowed to take pictures while I was in the store, but not once did she take it.
I would not recommend visiting this store because of the way the owners handle customer interactions. It is very...
Read moreI have been coming to the new store location for quite some time since they re-opened. :) The energy as well as the vibe in the new store is AMAZING! It has been so wonderful getting to know Sami, Shelly and of course Robert. The personal side conversations have been so incredibly helpful and re-assuring as I go through obstacles that are thrown in the path of my healing journey. One experience I can share happened earlier this week, I came into the store after having a panicky moment at the dentist. Sami and Michelle were both very calm with me as I was really shaken up on many levels. I spent a good amount of time chatting with both Sami and Michele and once I left the store my energy vibrations were so much better than when I came into the store earlier. I love Crystal Visions as it is a place that has helped me get grounded and more confident in myself. :) I even like coming over and just sitting in the different rooms. Such a positive and beautiful vibe...
