The service is excellent. They are mostly knowledgeable about the ingredients and if they aren't sure they check and also check with you. I was looking for plant-based items only and inquired about the milk teas because some places offer non-dairy milk as an option. Unfortunately they only have milk tea powder and that milk powder has both whey and casein in it. They do however offer fruit juices in what you could add regular boba or popping boba We talked about the different sauces and dressings and it turns out that there is a spicy mayo on the bao buns and the BBQ sauce they use does have oyster sauce in it so a no for me but the sushi sauce that they use is plant-based and was surprisingly delicious on both the tofu bao bun and the tofu skewers. The tofu is crispy on the outside which is just the way I like it. There is a build your own noodle bowl option that I used that also includes gluten-free noodles which I had last time and they were fabulous and this time I had the udon which were again terrific. The broth option that was for me was the vegetable broth, the $8 charge covers noodles and broth, and there were more than enough choices of other veggies to add in at the cost of $1 per item so you can build yourself a nice noodle bowl. My coworker had a loaded waffle fry appetizer and the Vietnamese sausage which he enjoyed. I'm not into anime or whatever decor it is that they have their but it is quite cute and looks like video game and comic book characters. The place is very clean, open, well lit without being obnoxious. I really enjoy seeing the little robot delivery system they have, it's really cute. The staff are all very nice and very helpful. Parking is ample and convenient as this place is in the New Britain...

Solid 4/5 stars, but not a 5-star ramen joint.

Having recently moved from Willow Grove, I was eager to try a new ramen restaurant, as I was just a bit too far from my tried-and-true Momoyama Ramen & Hawaiian BBQ. The custom ramen option was appealing, but since this was my first visit, my friends and I decided to place a large takeout order. Our order included classic spicy miso ramen, a customized spicy miso ramen, tonkotsu ramen, chashu pork bao buns, fried chicken bao buns, edamame, chicken fried rice, spring rolls, and pork gyoza.

Starting with the appetizers, all the buns were excellent, though a bit too saucy, making them slightly messy. The spring rolls were crisp but plain, and the edamame was standard. The chicken fried rice was average, with large chunks of chicken but lacking enough seasoning.

Moving on to the ramen, the noodles were fantastic. However, the broth, which is the most crucial component, was watery across the board. It lacked the classic creaminess found in center city ramen restaurants. The spicy miso ramen was not spicy, and I ended up adding extra miso at home to enhance the flavor. The tonkotsu was quite watery and lacked the buttery/creamy factor typical of top ramen shops. The toppings were good, but the “spicy ground pork” wasn’t really spicy.

After writing this review, I'm leaning more towards a 3.5, but since we did not try the BBQ items, it feels unfair to give a lower score. Unfortunately, this restaurant will not replace my favorite shop in Willow Grove, so we'll still need to make the trip...

Me and my family went here last night for dinner for the first time! As we were all eating we discussed how we can't wait to come back! All staff was sweet and kind and hardworking! Our waitress was an AI robot! AI is the future people! I plan on coming here for my birthday dinner! Great place for family, date night, or just to even go by yourself! Please order the shrimp and bacon skewer 🥵🥵🤤🤤🤤 I ordered a second order of them because yum! All ingredients tasted great and you could tell are fresh! Everything fried that I ate was not greasy!!

♡Crispy chicken w/ your Ramen is highly recommended!

♡Bobbah tea 🍵 is highly recommended! They make it authentic ♡♡♡♡♡♡ It remindEd me of bobbah shops in Europe that I have enjoyed.

THE BUILDING, the eating area and bathrooms where very clean! 🤓🤓✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

♡Curry broth for your Ramen is the way to go. Thiccckk ramen noodles 🍜 was my pick! I could keep going! I love this place and will be a returning customer, supporter, and friend! 🤭🫰🫰🫶🫶

I’m not one for trying out too many new spots. But today I had a bit of free time. And decided to walk into Noodle House in Chalfont PA. Upon walking, I was greeted kindly by the staff. There is open seating. So I picked a comfortable spot that allows me to see the entire restaurant. The staff asked if it was my first time there. Then showed and explain everything on the menu. Which was very helpful, considering I didn’t know what I wanted. I ordered, then used the restroom. It was clean and modern. I ordered the salmon ramen noodle, grilled chicken bao, and a peach tea with boba. Everything was delicious, cooked well, and even served well. There is a talking robot (cat) food trey, that brings your food to you. She’s very nice. Just don’t pet her for too long. She doesn’t like it. Overall, Noodle House has a great atmosphere, good food, artwork, and even entertaining. A great place to eat. I will definitely be coming back.
